Nissan Motors — Booking, Cancellation and Refund Issues

Hi. I booked car - Magnite X V with Lakshmi Nissan - Ambattur ([protected]) on Dec 4th. I paid the booking fee as agreed Rs.10, 000/- and the recipt I received had no proper details. I had paid through (HDFC Debit card) while they had mentioned I paid through (ICICI Credit Card) where I do not even have an account. While the lady from sales team Lavanya did not mention anything about the cancellation charges at the time of booking or no proper booking docket neither their policies or procedures were enlisted. Since their service was frustrating I decided to cancel the booking and sent them an email on 23rd of December 2021 and a lot of miscommunication I received from Pavithra stating today and tomorrow it will be refunded but only on 11th Jan 2022 she asked for my account details itself and finally I got it on Jan 12th 2022 that too only Rs.9, 000/- . Meanwhile I spoke to Pavithra, Jayashree and another person from the team and all of them said they will ask Lavanya (my sales person) to contact to me but neither did she call me. Today I got a mail from her that it was the cancellation charges (which she never mentioned at the time of booking). I did'nt receive any policy or procedures or any guide too even till the date of cancellation . These people are so frustrating. They billed me wrong and want me to pay for something which she never conveyed. Nissan service is freaking annoying and I want my money back (Rs.1000/-). I'm not paying for all the faults they make. They should give me a proper payment for billing me wrong for making my head break and wasting my time in talking to them back an forth.
