Nissan Motors — Delay in provide registration no. | |||
Dear sir, I have bought a REDI GO CAR from jamnagar gujarat dealer(I B NISSAN) on dated 26/3/2017, but still no registration no. has been given from your side, even i do not get positive response from dealer side after so many times reminded them. My Nissan Sunny keys have broken for two times. Both the keys were broken in a span of 15 days time. There is problem with the design and manufacturing of these keys. Nissan replaces the key at cost. why should the customer pay for a defective design and manufacturing process? I have sent several reminders to customer care and no reply from them.
