I had applied for purchase of nissan kicks xv premium dual tone model from dream nissan chinhat lucknow dealership.

However, due to lockdown situation i got stuck and also dealership got closed. I had applied for purchase of bs 4 nissan kicks but since the purchase was to be completed by 31 mar 20 due to bs6 norms so i gave my approval for registration of vehicle without actually inspecting it on 27 mar 20 by paying 3.5 l to dealer and balance amt to be financed. Thus, vehicle got registered in my name. However on registeration of nissan connect app i got to know that the vehicle had already run 1380 kms which was never told to me. Also, i was told that i need not take a loan of 10l since i could manage more cash once lockdown was lifted. I was assured that final prices would be negotiated since i was never informed about the mileage of the vehicle and it was admitted that the vehicle was used for test drives.

Now, after reopening of dealership on 07 may 20, i told the dealership that i would be taking the delivery of vehicle but i had only one day for it. The dealership took advantage of my situation and got my loan appproved by my approval. I also told them to get the vehicle ready for my inspection. However, before my inspection and delivery of vehicle the dealer conviniently got the loan disbursed without my approval which is incorrect. My loan was done through nissan finance through application no nuck225463. Now when i called up finance i was informed that due to lockdown they could not entertain me.

I am absolutely disappointed by the actions of the dealership and it amounts to fraud by dealer by keeping me in dark and also getting loan disbursed by taking advantage of the situation as well as paucity of time available with me. Kindly look into the matter urgently and address my concern. I request you to direct the dealership to negotiate the correct price with me and let me pay higher downpayment and finance the balance amount since now i have no choice but to purchase the vehicle since it is already registered in my name.
