I Adv. Deepak Kumar Dass Resident of House Number 102, Sector 37, Faridabad 121003, Haryana, writing to your company about the problem with my car having registration in my name bearing RC number DL2CQ 8801, make 2013 & purchase in January 2014. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because during a drive on 31.05.2019 my car caught fire near the bonnet without any warning signs. I was not injured since I came up in time before car centrally locked, but my car has suffered a fair amount of damage. I have lodge a police complaint as well for the same. There was obviously some negligence during the manufacture of my car, which has resulted into it catching fire. This could have been very fatal accident but due to our immediate action and luckily it was happened near to my home where I got quick help from neighbours, action to control the fire no injury occurred. I am writing this letter of complaint to put to your knowledge that a car which was manufactured by you is defective and could lead to serious damages and injuries. As a result of this incident the car is damaged and cannot be used further. I brought it to my usual BM Nissan Service Centre in Faridabad, where they will give me an estimate for the full repairs to the damages on the vehicle. Sir, I want to investigate the reason of this default and indemnify my damages by will whatever incurred due to this incidence. Was this information helpful? | |||
