Nissan Motors — ***Important Regarding my booking for Nissan Magnite XV and cancellation due to wrong information provided by Sales representative

Hi All, I was very happy while booking the Nissan Magnite XV at Surya Nissan Marathahalli Showroom Bengaluru on 19th January 21 with the promise of delivery of 45 days. But my happiness didn't stay long when I called up a Nissan representative last week since I haven't received any confirmation mail or call of booking, I was told I will not receive any confirmation now it would be only during the car allocation I will get the call and mail, but to my surprise came to know that now it would take 3-4 months for delivery. I was very disappointed with the change in date and breaking the trust of the customer, even I had a call with the Sales manager but he too just acted to scold the representative and all went in vain. One more thing is that believing the words of Nissan representative I have sold my car and now being cheated by representatives of Nissan I have been left in lurch in this time of covid without a car. I had a plan of buying a Baleno or Magnite, by looking at the impressive features of Magnite I booked Magnite but now left in nowhere because of cheating by sales representatives on the delivery date, there is a price hike of around 40 K for all other branded cars as well as for Baleno. I am very dissatisfied with the kind of distrust and disrespect given to me. Once the booking was done I was able to see the change in the response of the sales representatives, I needed to call multiple times to get clarification on my delivery date. Even during the exchange of my old car I was given wrong information multiple times that the representative will visit my home for estimation but it never happened then I sold my car outside. In every aspect I have been cheated and have caused trauma and loss of time and money.Today I have unwillingly cancelled my booking because of the break in the trust and cheating. I hope I will get justice in this matter from you. I am attaching the booking receipt as well as the cancellation acknowledgment with this mail.
