13may2016 i service my nissan terrano rj 27 cf 0077 at shree raj autolink pvt. Ltd. At bhilwara for general service at 81769km. Service center even don’t have general parts (Break pad). They don’t have terrano break pad. They said me they will arrange break pad in two and three days. Now 15 days passed and they don’t arrange break pad and not giving me any confirmation and also showing bad attitude. Treating customers as they are any servants. Workshop manager mukesh vaishnav also don’t give me a proper print bill this is the standard of nissan company and staff. Very poor service and no customer care in nissan last 15 days i fighting for terrano break pad. But still problem is not solved. Very very poor service. Pls dont buy nissan car Last time nissan service center didn’t change my break pad and in middle journey my car break pad finish and also damage my car wheel rim so i pay extra 10 t0 15 thousand know i am afaird to drive my nissan terrano.
