Nissan Motors — Refund issue

My name Harpreet Singh from jalandhar I booked Nissan magnate 18/6/21dada motor enterprises jalandhar punjab booking fees 11000 but some reason I booking cancel I call dealer but not report refund status after one month but refund not credit pls help
