Nissan Motors — repair/replacement of stereo of redi go car

Sir,
It is bring to your kind notice that i a. P. Yadav had purchased a redi go car from bohra car ltd. Faridabad near mewla mahrajpur metro station on last of december 2016. Since then, i am visiting said agency for regular check up and service of the same. Since last month the stereo of my car is not working for which i visited at said agency to get it check up/repair/replace the same on 10.08.2019. The concerned supervisor and technician checked the same and said us to come another day because being saturday the office work/permission not granted by head office after 12. Pm. After it i visited the said agency after one month and then the part order i. E. Replacement of stereo was made by the concerned employee of agency and i was told to come after confirmation of delivery of item. Accordingly on dated 11.09.2019 i was told on my cell phone by the agency employee that part i. E. Stereo has been received from the head office and you can get it replace. I visited at agency on 12.09.2019 for replacement the same at 12.00noon and then the staff has told us that they have mailed to heed office for permission for replacement the part. About 3.00 pm i was told that no permission has been granted by the head office and advised for getting it repair then i said either repair or replace it. Finally i was told by the supervisor mr. Jatin jaswal that "our manager has mailed the company to resolve the matter and it will be solved within two days. But it is regretted to point out that neither my stereo has been got repaired nor replaced till date. I contacted the agency employee today i. E. 16.09.2019 but all in vain.
Sir, please look into the matter and necessary approval/permission/ direction may be issued to the concerned person to get repaired/replace the stereo immediately as our family is facing very boredom during travelling. It is further bring to your kind notice that my said car is under extended warranty period.
