Nissan Motors — workshop negligence

Dear sir / madam,
The issue that i have experienced was: sir
I owned a terrono make 2015 85 bh power and gave my car for normal service at
Sparsh nissan on 18/10/2019 dl2c at 6077
Service was done and road test was done have no issue with the car then my car went
For washing and after washing my vehicle did not start.
As there was lot of water on ecm.
Service person told me to leave the vehicle and wll delever the vehicle on next day
Which is on 19 oct 2019
I came at the service center they said that the injecter are choked and they open
The 3 injecter of my vehicle and send for service somewhere else
After the service of the injector vehicle still did not start.
Again they told me to come on next day which is 20 oct 2018 after lunch vehicle was
Started was there is a certain amount of engine knocking arises
My vehicle was proper in condition but after service certain knocking sound started
To come
Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible to take any legal action against
Nissan
Now they are saying to give 50% of the part value that is 45000, which is injustice
To me
Without any reason why should bear the money. My car was running fine without any
Problem and should be handover to me as i have given to them
It occurred on: 18/10/2019
I want the vehicle to be fully fit and the injecter should be changed not repairs
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a
Complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Subject: Nissan India- only to cheat poor Indian people
Dear Sir,
With my experience and of many other Indians with Nissan India, it is hard to believe that it is the same Nissan company which was reputed for its devotional work to make all kinds of vehicles including the heavy vehicles for Military since last 80 years.
Nissan India is cheating people on the name of selling good cars.

We in India do not expect such dishonesty and cheating from Nissan, which used to be a prestigious company for us. It is a shame that Japan, which is known for its truthfulness and honesty, should establish a company in India only to cheat poor Indian people.
Sir, you as CEO should be aware of these facts and of course, from the public forum, we will reach our Ministry and make public aware to beware of Nissan India.
