At the outset, before making this complaint I would also like to acknowledge your excellent support extended to me earlier for finding a suitable tenant through you. At present I am trying to post a Free Add through your website almost since one month now. I am unable to activate it as I am getting the feedback from your Customer Executive saying that there is a technical problem and we will resolve soon. I wrote a free emails asking you to activate it but so far no response. I have not experienced these kind of Experience earlier from your Team. As you also agree with me on the fact that today, waiting for posting a free add for a month would cost heavily for anyone and that too from a renowned Portal like you. I have brought this to your notice just to highlight You and not to make remark on your Executives or to get benefit out of this.
