Nobroker — request for a refund of money for not providing services | |||
I, [protected]@gmail.com, have taken the relax plan on 20th August 2019 morning from Nobroker (site) app and I was assigned a relationship manager. But I didn't get any leads from NoBroker end for the requirement that I have shared with relationship manager. Relationship manager said that he shared me 21 leads which is totally wrong and this is accepted by Nobroker executives themselves. When checked with relationship manager today, he said that he will not show me the properties. Instead, I should select a property from your site and let him know. Then he will negotiate on my behalf. One thing- I can negotiate for myself and why will I need to pay you guys such a huge amount for negotiation. And I already informed that I need a property immediately. Its been two days already without any help from your end. When I complained about the same with your customer care next day (21st August 2019) around 12 noon, they said a new relationship manager will be assigned within 4hours and asked to give a last chance to help me out. Till 4-5pm that day, I didn't get any call either from any relationship manager or any customer care executive and when I called the customer care around 4-5PM they said server is down and asked me to call after 1hour. I called customer care after 6pm same day and they are saying same thing that a new relationship manager will be assigned. I became sick of all these and asked the customer care executive to raise a complaint with the above issues that i have mentioned and asked for a refund. He informed that he had raised a complaint with the above details of issues/concerns and asked me to drop a mail also for the same and for which Iam doing now. So based on the above issues from Nobroker end and concerns from my end, I am totally dissatisfied as the services promised by Nobroker were not provided to me and don't want to continue with Nobroker in search of a property for me. Hence asked for a refund of money as you (Nobroker) failed to provide me the promised services after giving two chances I got an update from Floor supervisor of the Nobroker, Mr. David today (28th August 2019) that the refund request is rejected. I understand that I took the non- refundable plan. The non-refund should happen when the services are provided by NoBroker but I did not get the services promised by Nobroker site as mentioned in the site. This implies that they are giving false promises and collecting money from consumers They were given two chances but still Nobroker failed to provide me the services you have promised.
