A very responsible citizen of the country urges you to look into the matter.

In our sector 2 Greater Noida West( sector near Nirala GreenShire patwari) garbage collection vehicle does not come on time and if they come they do not collect garbage properly.

You are requested to please take some necessary action to resolve the issue. We can only make our city clean if garbage is dumped properly otherwise it will litter on the roads because of no choice.

B7, I have opened my shop saloon and makeup, I came to know that commercial activity is happening in your sportwood society tower J flat no. 939, Tower B and more, there is a saloon going on due to which there is getting loses in our commercial shop, so you are requested to act ASAP and stop the commercial activity immediately from the place of residence.

Hi I am living in noida sector 22 and just across my house there is open drainage system which is around 20 to 25 meters wide, due to poor condition the drainage invites alot of bad small and diseases to my area could you please provide me some detail is true when the drainage will be covered will look forward to your reply

I am a resident of sector 118 noida. we are facing the problem of garbage collection in the society . Tha garbage collecter never collect the garbage . He sits in the truck and insist us to throw the garbage in the truck .it cretes problem for us because the height of truch .we are women and not reach at that level ...when we say for help he starts to argue with us .please consider our problem .they are not fulfilling their job properly.

The residents are in great pain due to heavy spill over of the sewer line now and then and it becomes worst during monsoon.

Dear sir, i am residing in vill salarpur, noida near ambedkar chowk, there are plenty of street dogs, cows and bulls attack people every day at the time of morning walk and run after vehicles passing by. Create a lot of nuisance & noise 24 by 7. 7-8 dogs can be seen at street every night and 5-7 cows & bulls can be seen in entire region.These ugly bulls are threat to a life standing every block corner
Looks like we are not living in a society but in a zoo. Getting difficult to live day by day.
Kindly take an action before some one gets hurt as we are fed up living in such environment.

I am Sachin Chauhan resident of Village - Raipur Khadar, Sector -126 near HCL 126 Noida U.P- 201304. My complaint is regarding monkey menace increasing day by day in my local area. Till some time ago they have only harm the pots of garden, electrical wires and clothes but now a days they biting the children's, men's and women's in my local area. They have been roaming in my neighbourhood and harming the people. The cases of money menace within this month have been 15 cases reported. In which person getting harm due to attack of money group day by day. These monkey group now have been treated as an wild monkey group who now attack the person who they see their nearby. There is garbage piled up in Mahadev Apartment, Noida 73 near block no. 72 beside transformer. Everybody throw domestic garbage there in open area. There is no Dustbins. MCD vehicles do not clean that area. I have complaint many times.
Ease take action to clean that place and install 2 dustbins there and put fine on defaulters.

From 7 July 2021 Noida Authority started to clean the drain on the main road of sector 19B in front of about 25-30 houses. First they got a bull dozer to carelessly break the cover on top of the drain in front of all houses. Then they have very carelessly removed only about half the mulba (the unhygienic mud and other filth in the drain) from the drain and dumped it in front of the houses in the open, . Now they have taken away some of the mulba from the open space in front of the houses, but have left behind a lot . In front of my house half of the mulba is still there.

The worst thing is the entire half kilometer long wide drain is left uncovered. It has started to rain and the drain is half full of sewage filled water. The black sewage water is stagnant and stinking, its breeding mosquitoes and its so unhygienic that it will spread all kinds of disease.

This is the opposite of Swatch Bharat.

I appeal to Noida Authority to immediately get the drain covered but first they must properly remove and throw away all the mulba. Monsoon season is here and an open dirty drain is a disease hazard.

I am a retired senior citizen 70 years and my wife is also a senior citizen. On 11 July around 2.30 pm Noida Authority sent a JCB to remove the mulba from the large drain in front of my house in Sector 19B. My wife and I pleaded with the JCB operator not to drive onto the ramp in front of my house as the JCB was very heavy and my ramp would get damaged. We requested the JCB operator to remove the mulba from the open space in front of my house.

The JCB operator did not listen to us. He climbed on our ramp and damaged it completely. We objected and asked him to call his boss. The supervisor came and said it was the operator's fault and they would repair it fully at their cost. When I wanted more assurance from him he made me speak to some senior Noida Authority living in Sector 27, Noida by name of Sharma ji. Sharmaji told me that it was their fault and he would come at 9.00 am the next day- 12 July and get it repaired.

I regret to inform that no one has come to repair it not has anyone even bothered to phone me. I do not have Sharmaji's number as i spoke from the supervisor's mobile and even he has disappeared.

I am unable to take my car out of my house due to the damage. This is a case of harassment and "don't care " attitude by Noida Authority.

I want Noida Authority to step in and get the thekedar responsible to repair the damage or give me money compensation for repairs.

Today morning around 5:30 am my mom was attacked by stray dog and stray dog bite her in leg. My mom is not hurt but we took her to get rebis injection .

The owners of the buildings or offices in sector 18 chokhani Square were asked to get passes made for the multiparking and not allowed to use the parking spaces in the building specifically meant for parking but used by the authority or builder for shops and against which the case is also ongoing in Allahbad High Court.

The owners under protest to support the Authority's decisions made the passes and parked the cars around their offices as some have to leave the premises 5 -6 times a day. However, they are forced to park in the multi level paring itself which takes minimum 15 minutes in normal days to enter or leave the building. Further, the conveyance to be provided from office to the parking is not proper which delays and hampers the work coz either we should carry all the boxes or bags or files in hand and carry till parking or wait for (minimum wait time 30 minutes) the e rickshaw.

Why and who is responsible for double harassments caused by the Noida authority and builder first by supporting the builder by letting them make shops in the place of specified parking as per the plan and then charging for the place of parking and also forcing them to use multi parking.

What is the recourse Noida authority has taken for the office owners and why are they not allowed to park in front of their buildings when they themselves are not able to provide proper services either of e rickshaw or solving the issue of parking space used for making shops.

M/s HSK Infra Pvt Ltd. one of your vendor has defrauded INR 19, 97, 166/- from M/s Tyagi Enterprises Pvt Ltd. (Creditor) at Shop No. DC-004, Jaypee Green, Greater Noida and despite several communications since last 4 years, M/s HSK Infra Pvt Ltd. has not made any payment. We request your good office to blacklist M/s HSK Infra Pvt. Ltd. (Debtor) under the prevailing law for the time being in force and resolve my complaint as we, the MSME company struggling from the crisis.

Further your vendor namely M/s HSK Infra Pvt. Ltd. through its directors Mr. Hanwant Singh Anand (DIN[protected] and Mr. Harnpal Singh Anand (DIN[protected] has defrauded fraudulently and dishonestly and attempting to withhold amount 19, 97, 166/- of one of their Creditor i.e., M/s Tyagi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (Creditor) and not at all paying despite several notices have been sent thereof.

We are also in the process to file the case against the above said in MSME Tribunal and Distrct Court of competent jurisdiction.

Further, We are approaching the Registrar of Companies (ROC Delhi & Kanpur) to take action against the above said debtor M/s HSK Infra Pvt. Ltd.

We request you to direct the M/s HSK Infra Private Limited to make the outstanding amount 19, 97, 166.00 and we will appreciate your good office on the same.
