Northern Railways — use of microphone inside rail compartment

I'm a teenage of 16age and my concern is about to know is it allowed to use microphone in a rail compartment. According to me it should not be allowed to anyone to do such a mess. It is just very uncomfortable for many passenger. May be it is in comfort zone of many in the name of god for hindus and i must clear india is a secular nation. So it should not be allowed to create such a fuss in a compartment. May be it can lead to some old age person ear problem even.
So i request nr to take some certain steps in this regard
