[Resolved] Northern Railways — Daily End Moment Change of Platform | |||
Dear Sir, This letter is for the general interest of people travelling with Indian Rail. My complaint is regarding the platform management of train. I am a frequent traveller with train number 14681 & 12055. These both train comes on platform number 3 on Meerut City Railway Station. But on three to four days in a week the trains approach on platform no. 4 due to Delhi Sahranpur Passenger train number 54521 which comes before train number 14681 & 12055. The last minute announcement of shifting the passengers from platform number 3 to platform number 4 causes lot of harrasement. This may lead to a serious accident on any day. Kindly schedule these three train on Meerut City railway station so that they come on the pre decided platform & save the people from harrasment. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||

The booking clerck shound be panalised for his negligence & excess amount charged alongwith panelity fixed by yourself be recovered from defaulting staff & be paid to complaintant
Northern Railway — overcharging & harrasment to lady passanger
I am a Senior citizen lady i purchased ticket from SAS NAGAR (MOHALI) for 2058 Dn JANSHATABDI Express For NEW DELHI & Paid Rs .60-00 as fare on[protected] vide reciept no.[protected]. The booking clerk did not mentioned the SEAT NUMBER on ticket due to his negligence .On reaching CHANDIGARH the conductor again charged me Rs 40-00 vide Reciept No.Sl.No.[protected] for giving SEAT NO. Total I had been Charged Rs ONE HUNDRED against Rs. SIXTY ( ACTUAL FARE) . You reqested to refund the amount exceesed charged due fault of Booking clerck & Disciplary action be taken against him so that the other passangers are not harrased due to his NEGLIGENCE in future
