[Resolved] Northern Railways — Misbehave by TT and RPF police.. | |||
Dear Sir, I have booked a tatkal ticket in sleeper class (S7-50 & S7-52 ) from “Shahjahanpur Jn” to “New Delhi”. At Shahjahanpur Jn, I was boarded to general class coach because when I have reached the platform, train started moving. I was unable to reach my seat at “Tilhar” because of over crowed in General class. At Bareilly Jn, I have reached to my allotted seat but I came to know that TT has booked my one ticket to someone else. I went to TT and ask why have you booked my ticket and told my problem why I have not able to board at Shahjahanpur Jn. TT told me that he will not do anything. I have ask TT for the complaint book. After that me and my friend seat on my another seat. At Moradabad Jn, TT call the RPF police and both misbehave with me. They have also took another seat of mine and booked to someone else and told me its only 2-3 hrs to reach New Delhi so go wherever you want. Don’t ask for the seat again otherwise I’ll throw you from this train? My question is only that is it not my moral right to ask for my seat and complaint book if I have any problem in train ? Northern Railway — misbehave by tc
While traveling by dhuri(Punjab) to patiala in amritsar-dadar express time 1:00 Pm we have a general class ticket but without any knowledge we are sitting in sleeper class a lady ticket collector without uniform & her identity come to us & talk roughly even two boys without ticket she take rs.100.00 & gave them seats & we are requesting her for change the class on next station but she demand rs.1000.00 without any receipt the four policeman are also involved with her we have not more money because we are already in trouble of death cremation at home at nabha station she take our tickets & get us out of train. we didn't her name but we are so harshad.so I would request to concerned authorities to kindly look in the matter & take necessary action against her.
