This mail is regarding the refund status for my pnr no.[protected].

Please note, i had filled tdr against the above mentioned pnr on january 27, 2017. The reason for filing the tdr was the train was late by more than 3 hours. I have repeatedly been following on the refund status at customer care, however i was told to wait for 3 months for the refund.

Total Amount for the Ticket was Rs. 2658. Whereas on 17th May 2011 I got a refund of amount Rs. 1328 only. I called Customer care on date around 24th May and they told me that I will be getting the remaining amount within 90 days...
