This mail is regarding the refund status for my pnr no.[protected].
Please note, i had filled tdr against the above mentioned pnr on january 27, 2017. The reason for filing the tdr was the train was late by more than 3 hours. I have repeatedly been following on the refund status at customer care, however i was told to wait for 3 months for the refund.

This letter is for the general interest of people travelling with Indian Rail. My complaint is regarding the platform management of train. I am a frequent traveller with train number 14681 & 12055. These both train comes on platform number 3 on Meerut City Railway Station.
But on three to four days in a week the trains approach on platform no. 4 due to Delhi Sahranpur Passenger train number 54521...

I had filed one TDR with Indian Railways on 11th May 2011 against PNR NUMber : [protected]. Reason for filling TDR was that Train got delayed by more then 3 Hours and Passenger not traveled. Total Amount for the Ticket was Rs. 2658. Whereas on 17th May 2011 I got a refund of amount Rs. 1328 only. I called Customer care on date around 24th May and they told me that I will be getting the remaining amount within 90 days...

I lodged a request on helpline on[protected] for non issue of ticket in advance for the journey of next day from Kotkapura to Hisar.
In the reply of above complaint, I got a letter from Northern Railway, Divisional office of Firozpur no.1096-CT-2009HQ dated[protected]. {P.C. Dudi} ACM-II-FZR for Sr. Divl. Coml. Manager, Firozpur. Matter has been looked in deeply which received that ticket less than 200 km. in advance...
