[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — E-KYC Failure

I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my credit card and net banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
i had done the same process 3 times, all the times displayed above message only
now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
Please refund my money.Details are given below:

When will I receive the PAN?

Whereas, I received TAN inside 5 days of submitting application.
I had posted my wife pan application through EMS speed post no EL[protected]N on 30/06/2017 to chennai UTI office. But she couldn't get her acknowledgement no. Her pancard coupon no is UN[protected].kindly do the needful to get her pancard acknowledgement no.
NSDL SHOWS IN HIS STATUS:Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.
