[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Nsdl - pan card fees not refunded | |||||
I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of mine. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount 2 times of rs.116.20 using my debit card and second time with jio money. My balance was deducted 116.20+116.20 from the bank and jio money both on 01/06/2017 but payment was not completed due to any reason somehow i don't know. Now it shows me a message when payment failed "your payment has failed. You got your refund. Please make a fresh payment and try again" i haven't got any refund. Where is the amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their payment failure. I need all my money to create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. I have applied for PAN change request on 18.02.2017 but I could not take the print out of the acknowledgement receipt. My acknowledgement no. is [protected]. Can you send the acknowledgement receipt to my email id [protected]@gmail.com
