[Resolved]  NSDL — Pan card fee not refunded

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 18/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 18/01/2017. where is the remaining amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

Why because I am already applied physicalmode so I want detected money . they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. Thank you.
I too applied new pan using ekyc mode for my sister. I tried thrice thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But OTP failed, whereas iam entering correct OTP only whatevr iam reciving instantly.

Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.

please refund money your site is full of bugs...
I have also applied for pan card through e kyc mode. I have made payment but I'm not receiving the otp to verify it. My token no is [protected]

After deduction, it showed up data mismatch error, which could have shown before payment !!

Its simply seems money pulling methodology, when I would get my refund ???
