[Resolved] NSDL — Pan card fee not refunded | |||||
I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 18/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 18/01/2017. where is the remaining amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. i applied for pan correction every thing was fine ekyc and all but when i try to pay fee my money from account deducted but trancsaction was unsuccessfull on NSDL site and another transaction was succesfull and again my bank account money deducted so when i will get my first transaction money back my token no is [protected] dated :[protected]:45:33.032

Hello sir, yesterday I intended to apply pan card. I successfully completed all the steps until the last part e-kyc Verification. I included the Aadhar card for verification but my Aadhar phone number is lost. So I can't continue now I want to change the proof details but i can't able to do that. Please help I already paid the fee for application. This page appears when I try to update/change the document.

When I tried to apply for pan card. Twice payment has been failed but twice amount has been deducted . They told amount will be going to refund 7 days but now already more than 20 days completed . I have generated 3 token number . I need refund of my amount twice ..please resolve my problem

June 16, 2018 PAN application forms have undergone a change due to revision in application fees by Income Tax Department. As the PAN application initiated by you (prior to June 16, 2018) was not completed, the same shall be treated as cancelled and if you have already made payment of application fee, then the same will be refunded. You are requested to generate a new token number and furnish your application in revised format. For any clarification, kindly contact us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in.

OTP verification failed. It was written kindly generate new token and there will be refund of PAN application of
Rs. 107 within seven working days.It is been 30 days i did not receive refund of Token no-[protected] (My Dad's PAN)

I used NSDL website to generate my PAN. However due to failure in E-KYC, OTP was not received. On the page it was written kindly generate new token number and refund of Rs. 116.20 will be done within 7 working days.

I have applied for online PAN name change through https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html almost all details verified and completed in final step OTP not received.Amount has been deducted and Aadhar authentication completed afterwards in Final submission OTP not received.Kindly check and fix this issues. Around lakhs of peoples are using this website for online services simple OTP server not able to maintain.
