[Resolved] NSDL — Pan card fee not refunded | |||||
I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 18/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 18/01/2017. where is the remaining amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. I applied for PAN Card online transaction is successful but couldn’t authenticate otp step..it showed u r Try with new token number again I tried but same thing happened again money has been deducted but could not proceed forward..I didn’t get any refund

Total money deducted was 212 combined for 2 transactions
I Applied For New Pan Card I Completed All Process And Does UPI Payment Of 106.90 But after they said technical error I Make This Payment 2 Times Both Payment are Failed And I Still Not Get My Refund Back
Dear sir/madam. I am facing a problem my payment was sucess for nsdl Pan but some network issues I can't finish the last step of my nsdl site to get uc number so please solve my problem
I am applied for pancard payment has done 3 times each payment but authentication failed&mismatch problem&try some time later. I want refund my money back sir
I had applied for corrected PAN card using the e-sign mode on 14/08/2022. Token number [protected]. Aadhaar authentication and verification was done and I even got the acknowledgement number. However due to the address mismatch that application could not go ahead and hence the paid amount of 106.90 too could not be refunded.
On 18/08/2022 I applied again using the e-KYC mode. Token number is [protected]. This time the payment of 106.97 was completed but the Aadhaar authentication failed. The message displayed was "Your e-KYC/e-sign request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC/e-sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." Due to the failed authentication I did not even receive the acknowledgement number.
It has been around 25 days now and I still have not received the refund. Since the application has failed twice, the money deducted is double.
Hence I kindly request an attention in this matter and a refund at the earliest. I also request to kindly look into the cause of such issues with the site and resolve them. Thank you.
