[Resolved] O Tech — about harassment of advocate | |||
I was an engineering student i am searching for online jobs then a company called me and offered a data entry job and sent me an online agreement and i made a sign on that... The job is to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days... I didnt complete my work... Now a advocate calling me frequentltly and harrasing me and saying me to pay 5000 rupees... And also saying that if the money is not paid he will fill a case on me under 420 and 406 sections... I m. Very much afraid of the situation... Plz help me out... Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 16, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today morning consumer complaint officer called me asked about my problem. And now he called me said that my problem was resolved.

Sir i am also facing the same problem but i paid all amount they told me but now they force me to come mumbai court for sign on documents to close the file or if you not able to come do digital sigmature on blank paper with photograph or also pay 2100 rs digital sign charge fees. Please help me sir what should i do now..
i am face the same problem one mister gulshan from advocates associates latur maharashta, daily harasing me via e mails. he ask me 15500 rupees and i will pay 8000.again he call me and asking more money.one mister patel he is the advocate.he is provide the legal notice.. i am attaching the details here
