I ordered boAt Airdopes 201 from offerclue.com and made payment from upi. When I received the product, it was a fake copy of original product in which accessories were missing and functionality of the product is suspicious. I received no invoice, no seller details and when I tried to contact on their sites, no functional contact no. or accountable site is found. In absence of invoice a customer cannot claim warranty either. I am trying to contact on the site details to reach to the merchant but there is no clue at all. Pls take necessary action against this site owner.

I have two time give request to offer clue on 9th - May - 2021 but still give any response and not collect damage item till data

I have also contact through mobile number but mobile is switched off

Same thing happened with me.. can’t contact them .. I received fake product too..

I last month I ordered for Google Chrome cast 2 and product delivered was some h cast device which can't work as the website is not there, wrote mails to offer clues but there is no response at all

Offerclue really fake online shop. I order realme x7 max 5g mobile. Worth 24549.by icici credit card. At August 13 -2021. But I did not receive any products, msg from offerclue. I lost my money. Customer care number switch off. And also I will try to contact on email. That also no respance. Please🙏🙏🙏🙏 don't go offerclue.

I had order 2 boat pro gear watch from offer clue website and both appear to be fake product, there is no warranty cover and over that the watch gets discharged very soon. Further i had raised complaint that products are defective and needs to be replaced or returned, however they only say that the mail has been sent to concerned department and they will revert, however its been more than 15 days and i have not received any response so far. i would want to request refund for both the watches which would amount to Rs 3000. Request if you can please take this up with offer clue and help me obtain my refund.
