Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Refund - Paid online and Cash too | |
Myself Neerja Luthra and my registered mobile no. with Ola is [protected]. I generally pay through ola money wallet or Ola SBI credit card for Ola rides. On[protected] evening I took a ride worth Rs.255/- (ride CRN [protected]) but I was not able to pay through my credit card. After the ride I paid cash through Phonepe (screenshot sent to Ola support through email) to driver (name Saurabh Chaudhary, ph no.[protected]) but the payment was showing pending in my account. I contacted support online and told them through mail. I got a reply that they were not able to clear pending payment from my account. I should pay the amount again and they will refund that amount to me. I again paid Rs.255 for this ride on[protected] through Google pay (UPI ref. no.[protected] and cleared my account online also and informed Ola support. They raised a ticket no.[protected] against my complaint and assured that they will give the solution within 4 hours but TILL DATE i.e.[protected] I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND FOR RS.255 DOUBLE PAID FOR THIS RIDE.
