Ola Cabs — extra charge | |||
hi this is reshme .I am new user in ola but my first experienced was worst . I activate this service from one of my family member... She ask me to use your cab its fab service nd all ... From belgachia to Shealdah Moulali it charged 260...this is too much ... before that we take a ride on Taxi for sure they are better than your service ...atleast they will not add all fake charges( Peak Pricing charge (1.8x) ₹115.52) for what u ppl take pik price, , , , , that tym there are lots of ola cabs are availabe, , , , , , , , , and when i book the cab that tym the pop up come to me that if more than one cab will reach to me then you ppl will charged... bt not for the pick charge... i[censored] ppl will not pick us thn for what we will give u the bucks ... I booked a cab on OLA mobile app(RIDE LALTER) CRN91271580, my pick up time is 7:45PM. A driver called me at 7 PM and asked me if I was ready, I asked him to pick me
at 7:45 PM as per my booking, he was not ready to come at 7:45 PM and cancelled my booking. Later I called OLA customer care and they arranged me another cab and the same happened with this booking(CRN[protected], again I had to call OLA customer care, then they arranged me one more cab(CRN[protected] and charged me 2.5 time of original charge. Usually my travel should cost around 270+, where they charged me 900+ rs. This is not fare, at least the customer care guy has to mention the same to the customer regarding this 2.5 times extra charge. When I asked the same with OLA customer care guys... they say that at the begging of the booking there is a pop which mentions about this 2.5 times charge on peak hours. If the first person DINESH (CRN[protected] who called me had come at proper time I couldn't have been charged this extra charge. There is chance these OLA people can create that peak hours
situation and can charge extra.
