After a few days, I began getting emails from the OLA delivery team claiming that I had not made the required payment. I had sent OLA support the screenshot of the google pay along with the driver information and booking information from the OLA app. But instead of that, I continued to get calls from OLA recovery demanding payment. This is a clear instance of scamming. Why not contact the driver and resolve this issue instead than bugging the customers?
Because the due driver said that OLA accept Google Pay and I may pay directly to him, we decided to use it. As a result of OLA cabs' lack of driver information and their harassment of clients, I now believe it is not safe to utilise OLA. When they are unable to connect to the drivers and resolve this problem using the information we provided
