    I have booked an ola ride on[protected] and made payment to driver via G-Pay.
    Also Ola has debited my wallet with that same ride amount of Rs.393/-.
    Ola was not allowing me to book another ride until I made a payment which was outstanding in my wallet.
    Finally I made a payment to ola through G-Pay.
    In this way I made double payment for one ride... first to the driver and then to ola company.
    Have made several attempt to reach out to customer care but could not able to do it.
    Also wrote to their ola support, but no response from them.

      On 23rd Sep at 10.19 PM, We have taken a ride through Ola Cab from Rajakilpakkam to East Tambaram Railway statement and CRN [protected]. Pick up and Drop points are precise. In that ride, 3 ladies and one small boy were present inside the cab.

      Cab driver understood that no gents are travelling and he started behaving rude and threatening the ladies. Eventhough, the drop location is very precise Ola cab Driver started threating that what was the cost shown while booking the cab otherwise I drop you in the main road itself and leave. We have politely informed the Ola Cab driver so many times that we are ready to pay whatever the cost is showing at the end of the trip if the cost is higher than the initial fee. But still the Ola Cab driver keep on threatening and started shouting, behaved such a way make us very uncomfortable and unsafe.

      I have reported a complaint by explaining the pathetic experience and the Unprofessional behavior of Ola Cab driver to the Ola Support team and also I asked me to inform me about what was the action taken against the Unprofessional Ola cab driver. Ola Support team has informed that there is no option available to let the passenger who has suffered which I feel, it is just a name shake they are filing the complaints for internal purpose.

      I urge, there should be a strict action should be taken against the rude Ola cab driver to avoid such instance repeated in future for other customer. Ola Cab should put a strong action point to ensure the safety of the customer.

        Me and my friends was going to mall at beta 2, greater noida. I forgot to take my grey colour bag, which contains all my important document and expensive things. When I informed driver regarding same he said he haven’t seen my bag in cab. I filled FIR, police asked driver to come at police station, he said he will come but he haven’t. I also raised complaint on ola but no proper resolution given. I booked another ola asked to meet him he started giving excuses and started lying.

          I had ride on ola on last sunday[protected] in chennai, i have paid cash to driver, but still it is showing me as due & have to pay balance amt to continue further, this is really horrible to pay an amt twice for a single ride, even it is paid in cash, CRN No: [protected].             I have travelled by Ola Auto on 15/09/21 at the end of the drive the Auto driver collected cash Rs 95 and again on 19/09/21 and paid Rs 134 by cash from me and also the money was deducted from my Ola Money

            Since both the amount are due in ola money i am not able to book the Cab.

              I took a ride in ola auto today dated 23/19/2021, from Alwal to Kukatpally, i pad online using Gpay, but the driver denied that it was not paid online and he took cash for the same, I need help with the refund as it was paid twice.

                I took a olacab ride on Monday 20 sept 2021 at 12:17 pm; the payment of ₹507 was paid in cash. But when I wanted to book a ride on 22 sept 2021 the app showed payment pending ...I tried to contact through their support unfortunately couldn't find anything that could help me so I ended up paying ₹507 again through gpay as I needed another ride. And now I'm facing the same issue again for the ride I took on 22 sept at 07:54 am ; although I paid through cash the, the app shows payment is pending ..and I am not able to take another ride ( I cannot pay twice for each ride.)
                Kindly, look into the issue and help resolve the same.

                      I took cab through OLA and paid in cash to driver and driver accepted and thereafter driver was able to accept another ride. However, Ola shows the amount outstanding and pending payment. Seems OLA has been resorting to fraudulent means to earn money

                        I paid full money by cash on delivery but showing pending amount. It happened in sep 20 but till now it showing pending amount. Even I paid extra money for driver. Because of this issue I can't book my rides. Pls consider this issue.

                            Myself Neerja Luthra and my registered mobile no. with Ola is [protected].
                            I generally pay through ola money wallet or Ola SBI credit card for Ola rides. On[protected] evening I took a ride worth Rs.255/- (ride CRN [protected]) but I was not able to pay through my credit card. After the ride I paid cash through Phonepe (screenshot sent to Ola support through email) to driver (name Saurabh Chaudhary, ph no.[protected]) but the payment was showing pending in my account. I contacted support online and told them through mail. I got a reply that they were not able to clear pending payment from my account. I should pay the amount again and they will refund that amount to me. I again paid Rs.255 for this ride on[protected] through Google pay (UPI ref. no.[protected] and cleared my account online also and informed Ola support. They raised a ticket no.[protected] against my complaint and assured that they will give the solution within 4 hours but TILL DATE i.e.[protected] I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND FOR RS.255 DOUBLE PAID FOR THIS RIDE.

                              This is in regards to my travel on 18th and 19th September 2021 with OLA.

                              1. I booked an ola cab and once I received details, called-up the driver to check whether the driver is ok with the drop location and the driver agreed too.
                              Then once the driver arrived and we got inside the cab, i was so surprised that the driver spoke to me very rudely with the strange tone by...

                                This is really bad for the OLA company that the driver is asking for a cash transaction before the trip and if I choose not to pay in cash or UPI to his account, they are canceling the trip immediately.

                                On the recent trip, I choose to pay to his account through google pay and agreed to the trip as it was raining and we were in hurry. After trip completion, I made the payment and he checked it before leaving and once he confirmed, I got down and he went. After some time when I was booking another cab, it was asking to pay the pending bills which I already paid, and in that rainy situation when I needed the cab very urgently, I was stuck.

                                I have been calling him since then, he is trying to delay it or saying he will call me and not picking up the phone.

                                Today when I tried to call the customer service agent (Sujatha), she said the driver is saying he has not received the amount in his account. How can he say that when he himself checked his account before leaving and confirmed that he has received the amount.

                                I have attached all the evidence for OLA (Dues, Google Pay Transaction, Bank Statement).

                                  OLA driver cancels the ride without any reason this happens to me very often. The drivers generally ask for drop point. If these places are not their favorable place like railway station, airport they usually cancels the ride and leaves passenger as waiting. Sometimes it becomes very frustrating and dangerous in the late night when a women travelling alone. I have made many complaint in OLA and have receive many apologies buts all seems futile as, i continue to face same problems. Its a serious matter of concern, as this happens to thousands of people everyday.
                                  Its a humble request kindly take serious action against OLA.

                                    I have taken ola cab on september 21st 2021 i have paid in cash. My payment option was phone pe but the driver didn't have the account. So I paid through cash 89rs but it still shows payment is due in app. Please check with the driver and take quick action to remove the pending payment.
                                    The same thing happened to me on 20 Sep 2021, that I made the payment to the driver through google pay and he checked and confirmed the transaction and left after the trip but when I tried to book another cab, it was showing pending dues and now today, through customer support agent called him, he is saying he has not received the amount and already 2 and half days over. If it is a mistake, then within 72hrs amount would have reverted to my bank account but when he has already confirmed that he has received it, then how can he deny that today saying he has not received it and the OLA team also don't take any action on it.

                                    Really pathetic service.

                                      I booked cab on 18th September 2021, for which I opted to pay by cash. 101 was the amount raised at the end of the trip and I paid the same. Now I am unable to use the services as it is requesting me to pay for the previous ride. I have tried my best by reaching out to driver and as well to ola support through mail, but haven't heard anything from concerned teams. Kindly look into this and try to solve this priority basis.
