This is really bad for the OLA company that the driver is asking for a cash transaction before the trip and if I choose not to pay in cash or UPI to his account, they are canceling the trip immediately.
On the recent trip, I choose to pay to his account through google pay and agreed to the trip as it was raining and we were in hurry. After trip completion, I made the payment and he checked it before leaving and once he confirmed, I got down and he went. After some time when I was booking another cab, it was asking to pay the pending bills which I already paid, and in that rainy situation when I needed the cab very urgently, I was stuck.
I have been calling him since then, he is trying to delay it or saying he will call me and not picking up the phone.
Today when I tried to call the customer service agent (Sujatha), she said the driver is saying he has not received the amount in his account. How can he say that when he himself checked his account before leaving and confirmed that he has received the amount.
I have attached all the evidence for OLA (Dues, Google Pay Transaction, Bank Statement).
