Hi I had ordered a MONTAGUE cycle online on OLX, with reference to the advertisement given below as on 5th May 2015 which had the mobile number of Mustafa (Mob Number: [protected]) from Delhi http://olx.in/item/montague-swissbike-30-speed-folding-full-size-IDUp3zh.html#d7...⇄ I transferred the entire money to Mr. Imran Khan (SBI Bank, Kidwai Nagar Branch, Kanpur, IFSC Co SBIN0001786, Acct No: [protected], PAN Card: bkdpk68114q) who would deliver the MONTAGUE cycle to me and requested me to transfer the amount to the account of Mr.IMRAN KHAN to enable him to make the delivery. I haven't received the cycle till today. I have been requesting the person to deliver, he is saying it is pending for custom clearance. It has been over 2 months. I never wanted a product that need to be imported and then given. He had mentioned in the email correspondences that the product is readily available and just waiting to be shipped. Please let me know how to proceed on the same. Else I would need to take the same to the legal authorities. Mobile numbers of the people who were involved. I was selling my camera on olx. By account named ric7637 it is being fraudulently taken from me.he sended me mails which looks like cam from bank of america mentioning that payment will be credited once shipment receipt will be provided to them. He told me to courier camera at usa. The mails which looks like from bank were sended by helpine.[protected]@clerck.com. please remove or bolck that account to prevent other customers

[protected] Dear Sir, I just want to share an incident that happens with me today. I use to buy goods from OLX. Last day I saw an advt. for sale that was a mobile HTC ONE MaX for RS. 7200/-. THE name in the ad was Rachana and contact no. was [protected]. I contacted the no. it was a male and they answer in a way the call center people do. I made enquiry about the product he told me to deposit Rs. 1000/- in the BANK OF INDIA, A/C NO. [protected] A/C holder name- SNAP BUY MOBILE . I deposited the amount and informed them, they assure me the product will be delivered next day by 12 o’ clock to me by an agent and I have to pay the rest balance amount to him. Now today on 29/05/2015. They called me and said due to change in company policy I have to pay 50% of the amount that is RS 3600/- in the company a/c after that only it will be delivered to me by 6 o’ clock. Since yesterday I deposited 1000/- earlier today I deposit Rs. 2600/- to the BANK OF INDIA, A/C NO. [protected] A/C holder name- SNAP BUY MOBILE.in the Patliputra colony, Patna, Bihar branch. I confirmed them that I deposited the said amount . they said ok the product will delivered to me in evening. After some time they call me again and told me that there were another costumer for the product, and I have to deposit full amount i.e. Rs. 7200/- to get delivery, I was really shocked hearing that and realized I was cheated .Now I asked them that I didn’t need the product and refund the money, they replied me that the company policy is that they issue only 10.000/- cheque, and if I want my money refunded I have to deposit Rs. 6400/- in BANK OF INDIA, A/C NO. [protected] A/C holder name- SNAP BUY MOBILE . I thought that it is better to forget Rs 3600/- they fooled me. Can any one deposit Rs. 6400/- to get his Rs. 3600/-. Sir I didn’t now whom to send this but my urge is only that it should be in the knowledge of concern authorities and culprits must be stopped. Knowing this incident kindly check the matter at the earliest and stop them …..so as another person be safe from these fraudulent activities. Some are giving advertisements through this website and defrauding young jobless bachelors by looting money from them in the name of giving job. Such as in West Bengal, Ranaghat, Career Service, ph- [protected] near mission gate fraud official names are Ramesh Roy, Neel Roy, Atanu Dey ([protected]) they are advertising in quikr, olx and looting money by some fraudulent way. Please its my request to Govt of India and Govt of WB to take care of this nuisance happening in our country.
