I sold a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 via olx to a person 2 days ago. He checked it thoroughly as well as all it's accessories all by himself and then purchased it. My Tab is 2 years old. He was satisfied with my tab. Now after 2 days he is calling me again and again and using abusing language and asking for refund. He is also threatening me to lodge a police complaint for fraud. I don't know what to do. I sold it at a price of - Rs.6300 His name is Aditya John - [protected] Please help me in this regard ASAP.

The seller done fraud with me. Sir i am also the latest victim of Mr Shanice Perera like thousands of people. I also paid Rs 5000 to him for buying nokia 1320 and he cheated me. I did online money transfer through HDBC Bank. He is operating through phone number [protected]. He has multiple bank accounts. is getting the amount transferred in his bank, he stopped receiving my phones. When i messaged him that i would complaint to OLX. He told me that I have a setting with OLX. I have done multiple such transactions and give a commission amount to OLX. So this is the truth of OLX.com. If they were really serious about it they would have launched a police case and get this man out of OLX but they supported him and today thousands of people like me are victim. Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I have booked car on 7th February morning at 3.15am for going to railway station. At 2.30 am I am getting message regarding cancelation of my ride and again after minute it messaged that your ride has been upgraded and driver naresh [protected] will pick up at 3.15am. As it was already 3.15 we called driver regarding why is still not came for pick up. he continuosly cut 3phone back to back. we called then from another number he imediatel picked up the phone and we asked why didnt he come here then he sayed my car is not working well and i will not come and banged phone badly. then we again call him saying we have booked you now where will we go last minute at night for catching taxi then he said do one thing i will come to catch you but it wiill cost 300rs. how cheap. just was taking advantage of weakness. we call ola number but it was not responsive can you tell me how will we arrange soon another taxi for dropping at railway station that is 30min away from place. very bad service of ola not at all responsible for requirement of customer.
