This man advertised to sell his mobile phones.Against his ad for iPhone 6s Plus 32gb, I contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 10000/-by Paytm because he required money very urgently for the treatment of his friend lying in a hospital in Lucknow .He has taken entire price of Rs21500/- but he is not supplying me with the item he had advertised in OLX.in.
I helped him as a mark of respect for the army personnel
I, though the good offices of OLX want my money back

Sub: Complaint of fraud committed by SRIKANTH INDIAN ARMY CISF
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice.
In response to an advertisement given by SRIKANTH INDIAN ARMY CISF with respect to the sale of a mobile phone ie. I phone 6S plus 32gb at OLX(copy enclosed) I called the person on the given phone no [protected], he said I am SRIKANTH in army and I am in need of money for the treatment of my friend who is lying in the hospital of LUCKNOW. That is why I am selling my cell phone.
As a mark of respect to an ARMY personal I paid him Rs 15000(Rupees fifteen thousand)by paytm as requested by him.
He said that he will parcel the phone set by courier tomorrow in the morning.
He sent me the pic of his ID on the whatsapp
On 15th jan, he again requested me for the remaining Rs 6500 as he said doctors are asking to deposit urgently
I paid him that also (through paytm) on th humanitarian grounds and as a mark of respect to an ARMY Personal.
After receiving all the Payment he started playing hanky panky and sent me a fake reciept from a courier(copy enclosed).
Till today evening no parcel is received by me when I contacted him again he says the courier boy (ph [protected])needs Rs 4000 (four thousand) as the tyre of his vehicle got bursted. I refused to pay.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and get me the justice done.

I am Rahul Barman from West Bengal. I was cheated by Indian army name Vikas Patel who was totally fraud. He took 25 thousand rupees from me. First he said you have to pay 3100 for the delivery charge. Then he gave me picture of percel. Just the guy next day called me and said your delivery has come to confirm the email and I have to pay the full amount of Rs13900. I took a little time to give 8150 rupees for reissue and then he should be refunding 8100 rupees by hand. He opened separate olx account. His contact no is [protected].

This fraud has called me a week back asking for money. I guess he is using the ID of some gullible CISF personnel. The phone number from where the cheater is calling (duping as CISF personnel ) is [protected] .

This Vikash Patel is a fraud and he is still not caught. He is still actively doing fraud. Please unite and file a complaint against Vikash Patel online FIR and get him caught.. If Vikash Patel happens to call you again do inform police and ask police to trace its location etc. Many people want this person to be in jail soon but I dont know why still he is not in jail. Lets unite and find this person and put him in jail.
