I am from kharar mohali . on May 17, 2019
I was seen an adv. Of scooty Activa 3g in 12000 at OLX by a man named ravi kant saying an army officer himself.morning he said me to pay token money 3020 as its compulary as army rule. i sent then he call me at chandigarh airport on 3:30pm 17/05/2019. He send me his canteen smart card and Rc of scooty and adhaar card . I'll call him outside the airport to watch the scooty he says me he is on duty and send a boy from his side and ask me to pay 5000 to watch scooty that he withdraw the scooty from airport cargo office. I've paid him 5000 after that he asked me to pay 3000 more rupees the remaining amount of scooty. but didnot paid the same as paytm limits crossed. he sent me different number and paytm account . last he sent deliveryboy id that id was also army officer his pan card and other id then he said me that the transaction is pending so army rules ke according activa a could not handed over to you . i demanded for money back.then he said you have to send account number After it he says me the airport authority has put a surcharge of 5100 on it and I've to pay it. then i said i will not pay as i have not yet purchased. moreover bill is not on my name and i will not pay then i ask to local people they said they are fraud. too many times it happened with mobile and car. some people paid 50000.then he asked me my Paytm no. And password to refund but I've denied to give. i went to local police station they asked it is cybercrime case. i do to phase 4 monali . they are busy due to electons and gave mailid . then i mail to cybercrime about that and give them all screenshots of transactions, the print of I'd which he used and call recording also.national consumer forum.so, I've requested you to remove that type o[censored]sers from OLX and a necessary action on them.Now his phone is switched off.he blocked me after cheating he shows as suspected user now.So, I'm requesting please recover my money and caught the accuse.
problem is that person post ad from different area of chandigarh and 18/05/19 he post ad 2 time . today he post ad 3 time . i from other olx id i asked for cotact number every time he gave new number . i am sending the screenshorts of all olx ads and list of numbers.
i report to olx all the time .but he is still active. his number list is too long i have his 7 numbers from different region . some are active number. i request to do something so that people can save from his fraud. from yesterday he has cheated too many people. his some number are active . pls track him. i am sending all id nad screensoots. kindly my 8000 refunded. as i am single mother and want activa for my son. its a big loss for me.
