I started trading with this brokerage platform not quite a long time ago and still ain't aware of different peculairities connected to functions. I know about... uhm, trading modes, statuses, leverage which is substituted with multiplier and some perks from the martkeplace.
A couple of days ago I was trading normally, you know, a typical routine day, but once I pushed some buttons and now all the deals are executed wiothin 5 sec. lol
Have nk single idea what it may be, but it really hinders trading! It would be cool if someone appears and explain everything to me, because I don't really understand what is going on.

I warned that I wasn't aware of all functions on the platform!! Thanks olymp trade for clarifying me the essence of the Quickler mechanism. It's seemingly a cool feature but not when you don't understand what's going on the chart and why the price jumps from one side to another :DDD I believe I need to take more time to read information about various platform's features:) thanks, one again!

Click on the "duration" button on the right side of the screen and select a different time.

Note that only for Quickler it is not possible to change the time, only 5-second trading is available.

    Olymp Trade is truly hyped in the info field! I have heard of them a lot, I read their own blog, I even communicated with some fellow traders from there and they told me that this was the platform one coudl easily learn trading, make profits and grow as a trader.
    So I joined.
    I have read information in their help center, there are many features like marketplace, quickly, statuses and many more to ponder on.
    But i have a kind of confusion with statuses. I thought I would be able to upgrade my status quickly and without any efforts, but for the period I am trading, I am still on the basic status, called "Starter"... Don't understand what's going on, is this system ACTUALLY complete?

    Ah... damn, i didn't even know that those Xp I earn is in the direct correlation with profitable trades and operatable volume. Yeah, I am on kind of roller-coasters nowadays, a couple of profitable trades are eclipsed with another couple of losing ones... But it's not a big deal, I am ready to improve!       I have been trying to make use of the signals button that I found on the platform, but for some reason, I never seen any signals. Someone mentioned that there were free signals, but it seems that all the signals have to be paid for. But I think it would actually benefit the broker if there were free signals on the platform to actually reassure traders that the platforms signals work just fine. Now I am skeptical that the sinals that I would actually pay for would give only a few signals. There is no way to actually confirm that they are useful to me.

      Oh, it seems I have messed up a bit. I managed to resolve the issue. Some miscommunication happened, so I thought wrongly. The broker offers paid trading signals, indeed, but I shall take my words back. The thing is that, first, the price is quite low on some signals. Second, the signal are really helpful. For instance, I tried Major Scalping. As the name suggests it is signal for scalping operations on major fx pairs. Not all of them were 100% accurate, but the bulk of signals were really relevant and matched my anticipations. Considering how much it is possible to make on the assisted trades, the price of signals is nothing.

      We offer free signals on some assets for our users. Select the desired asset and wait for the signal, eventually it will appear in the signals tab.

      Of course, to get more signals, you can buy a subscription.

        I made a deposit of 700 Indian rupees, and they're still pending to appear in my trading account from the last 2 Days days. Customer support has no proper information, and money still has not been created in my trading account.

        I am planning to make a cybercrime case against the account holders and Olymp Trade. Because they are thousands of complaints about the {Deposit not credited} But still many of them are didn't get.
        I'll tweet in a twitter about this fraud of Olymp Trade.

        Please don't trade with such a platform where your payment gets stuck every time.
        They have to solve this issue ASAP

          I mostly trade stocks on the trading platform and, of course, I can open trading positions during the opening of the American session. I wanted to tell you that I like the trading conditions and the platform is multifunctional. I wanted to increase the margin to open more positions on stocks, but I did not understand where the leverage is. I kind of click buy in the order and increase the number of stocks to buy, but I can't do it and the order is canceled.

            Last weekend I decided to open trading account and installed trading platform on my computer.
            But unfortunately I got limited access to trading.
            Here is how my problem looks like. Many financial instruments are not available. They are blocked and cannot be traded. At the same time they are closed both on demo account and on account I opened.
            I assume that I opened limited type of account or downloaded a limited trading platform.

            On the day I checked all this I decided to delay the problem for later. But today I had some free time and thought that I should write about this problem on this site.
            I plan to check it again next weekend. And maybe platform needs some time to unblock access to trading.

            I guess I didn't know that most financial markets don't operate on weekends. And every time I went to the platform it was either Saturday or Sunday. I have a very busy day and not much free time. Obviously I need to change something and do trading on weekdays.

              I recently signed up for an account on this platform because I noticed in the net guys were writing about this platform have successfully launched whole new Bitcoin ETF. I know that it's called here iShares bitcoin trust, m so after passing through the registration, completing all mandatory verification steps, I decided to check it out.
              Well, it took a bit more time for as I expected, because I got fascinated about the abundance of information and different tools on the platform, so after the research of the olymp trade platform's capabilities, I wanted to open my first position and couldn't!!! There was a lock on the chart and I couldn't push any buttons, lol.
              It turned out to be not a credible information? :) I mean about BTC ETF...

              iShares Bitcoin Trust is closed on Saturday and Sunday. On other days it is active during certain hours. You can see the exact time of availability in the information about the iShares Bitcoin Trust in the "Trading Schedule".

                For a long time I wanted to start trading on financial markets and spent a lot of time looking for suitable broker.
                When searching I took into account many factors. Such as favorable conditions, positive customer reviews, possibility to get demo account.
                In several reviews I saw that this broker provides its clients with a special trading platform for demo trading. So I am sure that Olymp Trade has such platform. However, unfortunately, I don't know how to find it.
                I searched for special button to download demo platform on company's website for quite a long time.
                But all I found was a platform for real trading.
                Well, I'm not ready to trade on a real account yet and would like to start with demo trading. So I would really like to find this platform and use it.

                Thanks for your prompt response. Actually, it was quite easy, but I thought that the demo platform was a separate one from the real trading platform. I have so much more to learn about trading, but I am happy that I finally started and I believe I chose the right broker to start with.                   Guys, I have been trading with the olymp trade for like a solid amount of time already and so far experienced no hardships. but recently strange things started to happen.
                  When I analyze the market, draw something on the chart and try to open the order, it's being opened like within 10 or even 20 seconds after the request, so as you can guess, I easily miss that tasty entry point I wanted to catch.
                  The same is about closing orders, too, I don't know what is happening, but i started noticing that pages and the platform itself is loading tooo slow. What is that? Olymp trade deliberately slows down the performance of my laptop not to allow me making money? Such a whole new way of spiting traders...

Hahaha, shame on me, guys, I just realised that I was engaged in trading so much that I had forgot to pay for the internet, so it wasn't the fault of the broker, but my own one. And actually my provider just decided to punish me by slowing down the connection with every website or resource I use daily. No complaints about Olymp Trade, you guys are awesome!

                    I read tons of reviews online about how the trading signals that are provided on Olymp Trade’s platform. And this was one of the main reasons why I decided to register an account with this broker. They approved my account, I deposited and boom… there are no trading signals…. I have waited three days already and not a single signal came out. I noticed that I have a Starter account status and I am wondering if I don’t receive signals because of my status or what could be other possible reasons!?

                    Looks like I wasn't paying close enough attention... As it turned out, trading signals were available to me from very beginning. I was just not attentive enough to find special menu where these signals are available. Guys I hope I didn't confuse anyone with my comment and now we know that there is no problem.

                      I have been using Olymp Trade for a while and overall I am quite satisfied with the platform. Sometimes, when I switch between different assets or charts, there is a slight delay in loading the data. It's not a big problem, but it can be a bit frustrating when trying to make quick trading decisions. I understand that technical glitches are inevitable, it will take me a while to sort it out, but I think I can handle it.

                          I can't say that I am truly proficient at trading with this broker, and actually can't say the same about the overall trading experience, but I have some knowledge.
                          In fact i like this trading platform, it looks fresh and modern, this is something I love most about it. It has many assets for trading, certain modes which are unknown to me so far, I mean, haven't tried them yet, and it has reliable customer support and well-developed help center.

                          The point of my message is about certain oddities happening right after I decided to open my first order. When I open an order, about 5 sec passes and it's closed. I ain't exclude I am not attentive enough, and I admit that I am not familiar with the platform on full, but what is it?

                          Lol, Quickler... Little did I know such a function existed. Now I have already noticed it and understood its mechanism. Interesting...                               The world of trading is quick-paced and the need to have tools and resources that help traders keep up with such a pace is indeed required. One of those tools, or features, is the multi-chart function. Maybe some people do not really care about such a function and rely on trading each instrument at a time, but some o[censored]s actually appreciate it and cannot work effectively without it.
                              One of the reviews I read when researching the broker mentioned the Multi-chart function of Olymp trade. I have searched for it and I have not been able to turn it on. I have started to think that the reviews were false.

                                    I am really frustrated with this company.

                                    I have deposited total of INR 60000

                                    One with 35000 and 2nd with 25000

                                    They have taken my money.

                                    Its already 30days the are not crediting.

                                      You know how you select the leverage of your account before you use it, this broker does not let you do that. Once you open an account, the broker just gives to you whichever leverage. I think it is the maximum leverage for all instruments because on the major currency pairs, I see something like 500X.
                                      So what if I do not want to trade with 500X? Some people do not like to trade with high leverages like that and I think it is wrong of the broker to just give clients a fixed leverage. I think many people will agree with me. Or did I miss something?

                                      I guess I didn't understand how it worked. It turns out that there is nothing wrong with leverage of this broker. Moreover, now I realize that this leverage option is more convenient than the one I expected to get. It turns out that I can customize leverage and choose its value. Thank you for clarification! And now I know that I have advantage because I can customize my orders more precisely.

                                        I am relatively new to trading and Olymp Trade is my first brokerage. I took advice from a friend of mine that this is the best trading platform for beginners like me. Must admit that I got comfortable pretty quickly with the trading app. It’s not as complicated at all as I thought it would be. I am still trading on a demo account, but I have noticed that every weekend the platform crashes and it is impossible to trade. It works fine from Monday to Friday, but when I am free and have time to trade during the weekend it is impossible to execute any trade. Anyone else with the same problem?

                                        Seems that nobody explained to me when I started trading that financial markets don't work on weekends It turns out that it was not a glitch or platform failure. It was just that all markets and all traders were gone for the weekend. That means that I need to rest from trading. Although I know what I will spend my free time on weekends for. I will study the peculiarities of financial markets and trading. Because obviously I don't have enough knowledge.
