One of the reasons I decided to trade on the boker's platform was that there were many customizeable widgets along with powerful trading indicators and tools. My charting here is fine, I got used to the layout and getting better every day. However, seems that there is no multichart functionality. I am quite sad about it, as I remember, there was written somewhere that the plaform would provide me with the feature. I just cant find the button responsible for the multichart feature.
If it has been removed, then customers, including me, had to be notified earlier. Otherwise, it can be quite misleading.

I am a novice trader on the platform and overall my trading experience is really limited. So, perahps the following migt sound trivial but it has been bothering me for quite some time. When I go to the market section on the platform there is section "Indicators" that offer various paid indicators. However, on the platform when I press Technical Analysis and go to indicators section I somehow selected "Alligator". I am thinking now that it is paid too and the fees are automatically deducted from my account. Is it corect? I have never heard of such indicatos like "Alligator", perhaps it is some sort o[censored]nique coming from the broker and therefore not free. If it so, I would like to have such indicators removed from tecchnical analysis section then as it might confuse traders like me.

Guys I have a small problem. I was trading on the platform and I made an analysis on EUR/USD and decided to open a pending buy order from the low price but instead of that my pending order opened in a short direction and it was the position traded on down but I didn’t want that. Is there something wrong with the trading platform? Because I was always trading on Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5 and didn’t have these problems or am I doing something wrong cuz this platform seems more modern than Metatrader platforms.

I have a strange problem with the Olymp Trade platform. I am sure that something is not adjusted correctly, but I can’t find the solution. I trade forex and have tried trading different pairs, but it’s the same with all the pairs. Whenever I open a trade my trade automatically closes just after a minute or depending on the duration I set. I haven’t placed any TP or SL orders, and can’t understand why it gets closed. Furthermore on the trading terminal on the right side, I can’t even find the TP and SL order, all I have is the amount of my trade and the option to choose a duration.

I registered an account on Monday and it was working pretty well till Friday. In just a week I succeeded in getting comfortable, learned how to navigate the platform, and even activated trading signals on some forex pairs. I like those trading signals a lot. I followed them blindly and was able to make profitable trades. But when everything seemed to go smoothly and easily, the platform crashed and it was down for two days on Saturday and Sunday. Exactly the days when I was free and was able to focus more on the markets. Although I was able to log in and open the app, it was impossible to execute a trade. I checked many times and even searched the forums to find out what was wrong with it, but it seemed like it was down only for me. I couldn’t find complaints from anyone. Then suddenly on Monday, it started working as it was. They must fix this issue. Two days is a lot of time to let the platform down.

I am myself a trader here. On this platform, called Olymp trade. ANd I like everything about it, there are tons of features which are up to my taste, and moreover they help me to polish trading skills, develop in the financial industry and make gains.
But one thing that I can't get my head around - statuses. I deposited 100 USD initially and was thinking of getting Advanced status, because I read that it's possilbe to grab this status in case of replenishing such a sum.
But, damn, I anyway have Starter status! Of course, it also has some perks and whatnot, but I thought the company would give me Advanced one. What was wrong? Was I misguided or what?

I understand that beginners who recently started trading may have problems. But that's why I chose Olimp Trade as my first broker.I read many reviews that this broker has easy-to-manage platform and that this company is perfect for beginners.

I wanted not just to open trading account with this company, but to make it with cryptocurrency. That is, I wanted crypto dollars in my account instead of regular dollars. But I couldn't see how to switch my account to cryptosystem. Maybe I misunderstood everything or didn't see the clues.

Guys, I have a little problem with trading and I wanted to ask what do you think about it. I opened a position and made a forecast that the price would go up, I opened a position, it was in profit, and then closed after 5 minutes automatically, can you tell me why this is happening, although I did not close the position and did not press the button or am I doing something wrong? This is the first time I have come across this in trading and I have no thoughts on how to solve this problem.

Fairly speaking, I like this trading platform because it's a modern solution for trading with a variety of trading modes, nice marketplace option, comprehensive help center and surely big range of instruments to run the analysis.
nevertheless, as I am not the one who can boast a broad expertise with the olymp trade, I still have unresolved questions. I might've asked client support, but don't want to distract folks from their duties, they are likely overloaded with quieries.
like the one I faced recently - had issues withdrawing funds. I use Tether US as the primary top-up method and once I made a deposit everythign was ok. money came timely.
however the same can't be stated concerning withdrawals. I heard transactions should've been processed within 24 hours, but a couple of days has already passed and I ain't got my money. olymp trade decided to enrich on poor traders? 😨

Uhm... basically, that's not a bad platform, I have been trading on it for a couple of weeks, tested first on the demo and then started to trade on the real acc. forex mode predominantly, I am not quite experienced to try FTT, even thouhg I know about profitabiltiy rate, increased one, and other perks. it's very interesting to me.
nonetheless I started to notice that my deposit is being drained, like right in front of my eyes. i open a trade and i close it, and the sum deducted from the acc isn't equal to the sum I used for opening position. I thought it was like a lag or smth, but then I started to notice that it occurs every time!!!
what's that?

This is very bad, olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to trade or not, but my experience is very bad and i am very insecure to continue on this platform...

I started trading with this brokerage platform not quite a long time ago and still ain't aware of different peculairities connected to functions. I know about... uhm, trading modes, statuses, leverage which is substituted with multiplier and some perks from the martkeplace.
A couple of days ago I was trading normally, you know, a typical routine day, but once I pushed some buttons and now all the deals are executed wiothin 5 sec. lol
Have nk single idea what it may be, but it really hinders trading! It would be cool if someone appears and explain everything to me, because I don't really understand what is going on.

Olymp Trade is truly hyped in the info field! I have heard of them a lot, I read their own blog, I even communicated with some fellow traders from there and they told me that this was the platform one coudl easily learn trading, make profits and grow as a trader.
So I joined.
I have read information in their help center, there are many features like marketplace, quickly, statuses and many more to ponder on.
But i have a kind of confusion with statuses. I thought I would be able to upgrade my status quickly and without any efforts, but for the period I am trading, I am still on the basic status, called "Starter"... Don't understand what's going on, is this system ACTUALLY complete?

I have been trying to make use of the signals button that I found on the platform, but for some reason, I never seen any signals. Someone mentioned that there were free signals, but it seems that all the signals have to be paid for. But I think it would actually benefit the broker if there were free signals on the platform to actually reassure traders that the platforms signals work just fine. Now I am skeptical that the sinals that I would actually pay for would give only a few signals. There is no way to actually confirm that they are useful to me.

I made a deposit of 700 Indian rupees, and they're still pending to appear in my trading account from the last 2 Days days. Customer support has no proper information, and money still has not been created in my trading account.

I am planning to make a cybercrime case against the account holders and Olymp Trade. Because they are thousands of complaints about the {Deposit not credited} But still many of them are didn't get.
I'll tweet in a twitter about this fraud of Olymp Trade.

Please don't trade with such a platform where your payment gets stuck every time.
They have to solve this issue ASAP

I mostly trade stocks on the trading platform and, of course, I can open trading positions during the opening of the American session. I wanted to tell you that I like the trading conditions and the platform is multifunctional. I wanted to increase the margin to open more positions on stocks, but I did not understand where the leverage is. I kind of click buy in the order and increase the number of stocks to buy, but I can't do it and the order is canceled.

Last weekend I decided to open trading account and installed trading platform on my computer.
But unfortunately I got limited access to trading.
Here is how my problem looks like. Many financial instruments are not available. They are blocked and cannot be traded. At the same time they are closed both on demo account and on account I opened.
I assume that I opened limited type of account or downloaded a limited trading platform.

On the day I checked all this I decided to delay the problem for later. But today I had some free time and thought that I should write about this problem on this site.
I plan to check it again next weekend. And maybe platform needs some time to unblock access to trading.

I recently signed up for an account on this platform because I noticed in the net guys were writing about this platform have successfully launched whole new Bitcoin ETF. I know that it's called here iShares bitcoin trust, m so after passing through the registration, completing all mandatory verification steps, I decided to check it out.
Well, it took a bit more time for as I expected, because I got fascinated about the abundance of information and different tools on the platform, so after the research of the olymp trade platform's capabilities, I wanted to open my first position and couldn't!!! There was a lock on the chart and I couldn't push any buttons, lol.
It turned out to be not a credible information? :) I mean about BTC ETF...

For a long time I wanted to start trading on financial markets and spent a lot of time looking for suitable broker.
When searching I took into account many factors. Such as favorable conditions, positive customer reviews, possibility to get demo account.
In several reviews I saw that this broker provides its clients with a special trading platform for demo trading. So I am sure that Olymp Trade has such platform. However, unfortunately, I don't know how to find it.
I searched for special button to download demo platform on company's website for quite a long time.
But all I found was a platform for real trading.
Well, I'm not ready to trade on a real account yet and would like to start with demo trading. So I would really like to find this platform and use it.

Guys, I have been trading with the olymp trade for like a solid amount of time already and so far experienced no hardships. but recently strange things started to happen.
When I analyze the market, draw something on the chart and try to open the order, it's being opened like within 10 or even 20 seconds after the request, so as you can guess, I easily miss that tasty entry point I wanted to catch.
The same is about closing orders, too, I don't know what is happening, but i started noticing that pages and the platform itself is loading tooo slow. What is that? Olymp trade deliberately slows down the performance of my laptop not to allow me making money? Such a whole new way of spiting traders...
