I have watched some of their videos in the trading strategies section and I decided to try it out in practice. I chose the triple rebound strategy with the RSI indicator and everything was fine but why did my orders close automatically? I didn’t press any buttons though. I opened a long position in EUR/USD but a few times in a row my positions closed automatically. I tried to sort it out on my own but I can’t understand what’s wrong.

Here are a few things that I learned about trading and trading platform of this broker. First, it turns out that I just chose the wrong trading mode. This is my mistake as I was just being inattentive. I'm sorry for that. And the second thing. As it turned out, this trading platform has several trading modes. Therefore, now I will learn to trade in several trading modes at once. This is interesting to me.

    Something strange with percentages going on

    I am quite an experienced trader. But all my experience lies in the forex trading so the fixed time trading was a new thing.
    So I wanted to try it out and I decided to give it a go.
    But there is one issue occured. I don’t really understand how the profitability is shaped up.
    For instance I don’t have 90% of profitability, but sometimes I see pictures of the same assets with the profitability higher than 90%.

    I have been trading with this broker for two months now and this is my first withdrawal and I am not even going to lie I was scared… I made a bank transfer and I do not know why it is taking this long. It has been several hours and my worry and anxiety is to the roof. The support team said that everything is okay and it is probably a delay from my bank. But should I be worried? Because I am freaking out over here. Maybe I shouldn't have used the bank transfer option.

    Yeah... apparently it is a normal thing for bank transactions to take longer due to the banking process. I tried using the crypto payments and they were completed like almost instantly, so I guess that next time I want to make a transaction, I know what I will be going for.

      I read that with $399 one would get an expert status when he starts trading on this platform, and I was happy to see that I could enjoy the best trading terms without the need to go through the lengthy process o[censored]pgrading the account status since I was planning to start trading with a $1000 trading account.
      I registered an account, deposited the amount and bang… I still had the starter account status.
      Do I need to make an inquiry or something, or how this thing works to get the Expert status?

      Thanks for the clarification. I guess I jumped to a conclusion without reading it thoroughly. So, as I understand, the expert status can be bought for an additional $399, and it is not related to the amount deposited in your trading account.

      • Starter — default status, no deposit necessary

      • Advanced — you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account

      • Expert — you need to deposit at least $2000/€2000 or USDT 500 to your USDT account

      You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks.

        Fake Trader Manuplate Chart

        You are correct olym trade is doing manuplation with charts, i observed and even lost miltiple trade at end moment and after that graph comes on actual position of trrade timeframe. i have notice this from so many days i lost so much money due to their fake chart showing. I recommend every one unstiall this olymprade application and dont depoist your funds in this platform....

        I joined this company a few weeks ago and I had doubts about the reliability of Olymp Trade but it turned out that they are regulated by the Financial Services Commission and we are covered by deposit insurance and there is no need to worry about the safety of my funds.
        However, I have trouble unlocking additional features to boost my trading. I think it is because of your lags or something like that or it seems am I doing something wrong?

        Oh, sorry guys. I sorted out how to unlock additional trading features, the support team explained to me that if I want to unlock additional features, I can unlock that by making deposits and this is how I switched from starter account to advanced.

            My friend recently told me to try trading with this brokerage platform. I should say that I had heard of it before I joined it. There are many good words said about olymp trade and this made me to get convinced of the company's reliability.
            My buddy is already a trader, but I had kinda superficial knowledge. So I registered an account, verified it, everything was okay and then deposited $150 using bank card. Funds were credited quickly, no delays, and the company covered all expenses.

            After I trade for a couple of days, I managed to make some profits and decided to withdraw money. Nonetheless, the system didn't want to allow me withdraw money using any other of the available payment options. What a kind of limitations is that guys? Why I can't withdraw money via wire?

            Ahhh... had no idea that it's a must to withdraw funds using only the payment option that was used when I deposited them. Interesting peculiarity, perhaps it may be connected with the security of transactions. Well... ok, I ain't mind cashing out using bank card since I chose this payment option back then.               Wassup, guys. I have been interested in the trading field for a long time and I started trading recently. I can’t show off a big experience in trading and I think I am still a rookie. So I have one problem, I am trading currency pairs or shares and when I open my orders and after a while my orders close for just the way automatically, I didn’t even press close order though.                   I have recently joined this broker.
                  I didn't have any troubles during registration, as well as verification was passed smoothly. Well, it took some time after I uploaded documents, but I know that this procedure usually takes more time than you expect.
                  Moreover, I quickly deposit funds via crypto, it was super fast.

                  However, the main point of my application is about FTT trading mode. There was a day when I traded too much and hence the commission charged was too high. But, my friend told me that he doesn't pay a lot while trading FTT and it made me stuck... We compared numbers and it turned out he pays like 20% fewer than me. What's going on, Olymp Trade?

                    One of the reasons I decided to open an account with Olymp Trade was that I read it has great tradign platform with powerful charting tools. I am a trader who believes that markets tend to trend, therefore pinpointing effectively an emerging trend on the chart is o[censored]tmost importance to me.

                    The thing is now when I access the platform, all seems to work well. I see the TA button with various categories. So I go to the drawing section and choose the "trend line" tool. Now, when I point and locate two points on the chart to form a trend line, it gets drawn. However, when I later try to drag one end of the line to another position, the whole line disappears or sometimes it jumps to another position. I mean its another end point is somewhere out of the visible part of the chart.

                    Ehhhh, guys, I realized what was going with the jumping trend line :DDD So, basically when you also plot trend lines, you have to ensure the following. 1) Make sure that the chart occupied the maximum part of the screen. 2) Then, when plotting a trend line, do not occasionally misclick. Otherrwse, one end point can just be drawn incorrect 3) When dragging the end point better not to come close or go beyong the visible chart borders. I mean, you can first plot the whole trend line, then you can zoom out, and then adjust the end points. As you can see, it was my fault 🤪The line itself is fine and platform works 👍

                      I have been trading with the olymp trade for a couple of months and should confirm that my journey is pleasant, y'all know, the experience is satisfying.
                      But it's only if I speak generally, without diving into details. However, there is one detail that haunts me, so to speak. These are payouts on the fixed time trading mode. I mean, potential profit. In fact, I get along with the offered ratio, but once noticed a review from a trader whose payout percentage was over 90% and I was like "lol, what". I don't have such one, mine one is way lower regardless of the asset, so that is the reason why I decided to write here.
                      So, guys, maybe someone knows what is happening, am I the only "lucky boy" deprived of the increased profitability rate on the fixed time trading mode? If yes, then WHY ME? :D

                      Aaaahh... I forgot about statuses, absolutely forgot about them ! I knew that there is a status system and yeah mine one is starter so that is the reason why I have lower profitability rate compared to those who have Advanced or Expert.                         Frankly speaking, it's a surprise for me that I eventually joined the olymp trade broker.
                        Nah, not because it's not a favorable option or smth, more because of my uncertainty. I just hesitated a lot because it's in my nature. Nevermind.

                        I recently registered on the platform, surprisingly, all the processes including identity verification were smooth and fast. It was a pleasure to see the broker cares about traders' time.😊
                        But the main point of my message is that I still can't understand why I have such a big sum on my account. Like 10k or smth... It's a kind of goodwill gesture from the broker, it gives away free money ? :D But trading doesn't get interesting if you already have money on the acc, ain't it? I need clarification...

                          Olymp trade for me is a good trading platform. You know guys, the one where you can trade freely, improve your trading skills, get new knowledge and earn money, of course.
                          I can't claim that I have been trading here for a long period, because I am still not aware of all functions and details of the platform. I know only about division of trading modes, some statuses, multipliers and other stuff.
                          Recently I stumbled into such an issue: when i wanted to start trading fx pairs, as my favorite ones are eur/usd, gbp/usd and other majors, I don't see the list of currency pairs. I just have cryptos and that is it. It's kinda... weird, ain't it? I remember correctly, there were currency pairs before. What's that?

XD I had no idea how the filter turned on without me!! :D There was just a turned on filter on depicting only list of cryptocurrencies and I needed to click "x" mark and that is it... 🤦‍♂️ Sorry for bothering, guys and of course thank you for the prompt support!                             One of the reasons I decided to trade on the boker's platform was that there were many customizeable widgets along with powerful trading indicators and tools. My charting here is fine, I got used to the layout and getting better every day. However, seems that there is no multichart functionality. I am quite sad about it, as I remember, there was written somewhere that the plaform would provide me with the feature. I just cant find the button responsible for the multichart feature.
                            If it has been removed, then customers, including me, had to be notified earlier. Otherwise, it can be quite misleading.

                            My father used to tell me when I was a kid that I had to double check important things. Here it is that case. Basically what happened that when I logged out and logged in back, the button responsible for the mutltichart button was there. However, it seemed to be inactive, but there was a label-notification saying that since I had changed my display resolution settings, the feature got inactive. So, what I had to do was just put the resolution back to the default normal. It is an example guys that you gotta be attentive to the details :)

                              I am a novice trader on the platform and overall my trading experience is really limited. So, perahps the following migt sound trivial but it has been bothering me for quite some time. When I go to the market section on the platform there is section "Indicators" that offer various paid indicators. However, on the platform when I press Technical Analysis and go to indicators section I somehow selected "Alligator". I am thinking now that it is paid too and the fees are automatically deducted from my account. Is it corect? I have never heard of such indicatos like "Alligator", perhaps it is some sort o[censored]nique coming from the broker and therefore not free. If it so, I would like to have such indicators removed from tecchnical analysis section then as it might confuse traders like me.

                              Well, after spending some time on the platform I found out that there is a clear distinction between paid indicators and the ones the are freely available. Basically. the ones that require payment are located on the left side in the "Market" section ( how obvious it is :D), while those I can select from "Technical Analysis" menu like "Alligator" are completely free! So, there are no hidden fees here at all. 😊 By the way, I want to add that there are so many free indicators and oscillators on the plaform, amazing.

                                Guys I have a small problem. I was trading on the platform and I made an analysis on EUR/USD and decided to open a pending buy order from the low price but instead of that my pending order opened in a short direction and it was the position traded on down but I didn’t want that. Is there something wrong with the trading platform? Because I was always trading on Metatrader 4 and Metatrader 5 and didn’t have these problems or am I doing something wrong cuz this platform seems more modern than Metatrader platforms.

                                Oh, guys. The problem is solved. The trading platform is good and there are no technical problems, it turned out that I was doing something wrong and there is another system for using pending orders that differs from Metatrader platforms. On Metatrader there is a separate order buy limit, but on Olymp Trade platform I can write numbers below than on the current price of asset in order and it already counts like buy limit order. I learned how to use it. xD

                                  I have a strange problem with the Olymp Trade platform. I am sure that something is not adjusted correctly, but I can’t find the solution. I trade forex and have tried trading different pairs, but it’s the same with all the pairs. Whenever I open a trade my trade automatically closes just after a minute or depending on the duration I set. I haven’t placed any TP or SL orders, and can’t understand why it gets closed. Furthermore on the trading terminal on the right side, I can’t even find the TP and SL order, all I have is the amount of my trade and the option to choose a duration.

                                  I knew that I messed up something. Thanks for the clarification. So, as I understood I was trading in FTT mode and that’s why the trades closed automatically I need to be more carful when choosing the instrument to make sure that the chosen one is in forex mode.

                                    I registered an account on Monday and it was working pretty well till Friday. In just a week I succeeded in getting comfortable, learned how to navigate the platform, and even activated trading signals on some forex pairs. I like those trading signals a lot. I followed them blindly and was able to make profitable trades. But when everything seemed to go smoothly and easily, the platform crashed and it was down for two days on Saturday and Sunday. Exactly the days when I was free and was able to focus more on the markets. Although I was able to log in and open the app, it was impossible to execute a trade. I checked many times and even searched the forums to find out what was wrong with it, but it seemed like it was down only for me. I couldn’t find complaints from anyone. Then suddenly on Monday, it started working as it was. They must fix this issue. Two days is a lot of time to let the platform down.

                                    Thanks for your prompt answer. I feel embarrassed a bit 😀 I didn’t know that the forex market is closed during the weekends. I guess there is a lot more for me to learn, starting from the basics. I knew that the Bitcoin can be traded 24/7 and I assumed that it is the same with forex.

                                    Each asset has its own trading schedule, which you can find out by clicking on the asset details. Most likely you have selected an asset that cannot be traded on Saturday and Sunday. Try it on other days.
