Olymp trade not returning my hard earned money

08, Feb, 2022 :- I make payment of 45000 using phone pe wallet . After amount get deposited into the olymp trade account . I make few trades .
my account balance becomes around 45050 . I make withdrawn request .

Immediately, after making withdrawn request, they not only blocked my account but also blocked my money .

Then I tried to communicate with them from twitter, facebook, email and even their customer...

Manipulating Payout

I like to inform you that Olymptrade Department is trying to manipulate me for my payout amount. Firstly, they blocked my account for a reason that I'm a trading a asset in both direction(i.e. 2 trades) from same point and I'm utilizing my bonus in both trades so that I can make some profit in spite of losing any one trade. Payment methods verification was rejected many times for no reason

They blocked my account without Valid reason

I would like to raise a dispute against olymptrade as they have blocked my trading account on 26-08-21 on accusation of having multiple trading account on their platform.
My previous account has been closed by olymptrade as there was a lot of issues regarding OTP and after that I have access only to the new account 78506365.
I do have an email from olymptrade stating that my old account has been closed and I can continue using...

Trading with my wife one account pls help

I have a problem with trading one account with my wife. Can you help me? The problem is that we don't want to create two differernt accounts and we want to trade one account. As I understand, that's prohibited by the Olymp Trade rules.
Can you help me how to resolve the issue? I haven't find an answer in Olymp Trade FAQ. I want to avoid ban and trade one account with my wife, hope Olymp Trade has such opportunity....

Why don't I see high-returns trades?

Why don't I see trades with 90% return in my Olymp Trade terminal? I mean the FTT platform now.
At the top of the window, there is an option to choose exactly that figure. But when I click it, it says, "Nothing was found for this query. Use another keyword." There are trades with 82% return or more. But trhere are not ones with 90% return.
What is the problem? Why can I not select the assets with the maximum yield? After all,...

Problems with switching to MT4

I created my Olymp Trade account and want to trade with MT4, but there's only WebTrader now, so I can't get access to my MT4 now, there's only WebTrader. Can someone help me with this issue and explain how I can get access to MT4 trading?
I think MT4 is the best platform to trade ever, so I want to trade with it, but its unavailable for me. Don't understand what's the problem, but hope it can be resolved. Help me, Olymp trade....

Depost failure resolution delay

I made a deposit of 1000$ on 18th of Dec.
But funds didn't got credited into my account.
I raised the ticket in 19th Dec.
Today already more than 20 days got completed since I made the deposit but I didn't not fund credited into my account.
I mailed them on each and every mail id they provided to me.
I call them around 40 50 times but no action is taken.
Funds got debited from my account within seconds...

manipulation

Hi,
I am trading in olymp trade platform, but it is very smart manipulation. Because in one minute trade i put one dollar, it is immediately executed, but while i go for $100 in one minute trade, it takes few seconds because that $100 had to reduced from my live account.in that few seconds i choose option for buy i have to buy that costly than i put a order, so most of the trade go against us. money withdrawal problem

It's third time trying to withdrawal money from olymptrade, but every time recieving same answers.
But this time you people's changed the format now directly asking for third party e wallet a/c. Maybe this time my bank ready to except the payment but your server is not able to do so, or you people's don't want to transfer directly because you are getting commissions from these ewallet companies....

multiple charts on the screen

First of all thank you for the nice service we all get at olymp. I’ve ran into a problem though. You see, i like to trade several instruments simultaneously. For example eurusd and usdjpy. But i do get tired switching from one chart to another. I lose track of what’s happening on the market when i do that. So i’d like to keep both charts open in the trading platform simultaneously. they block my account and not give me my full money

When i loss at that time they not verify my account and when i am starting gain profit they block my account and when i contact customer support they told me that i violates their policy and simply they block my account and they give me money which is nearly less than around 70000 ₹.
I submitted all the documents but still they block my account.
So i request all of you that don't trade in olymp trade it's a fraud platform...

inactivity fee has been charged

Hello, i don't know when is the last time i used the olymp trade and due to my inactivity the charged 10usd on my account.

I understand that its a company policy, i am no longer interested to trade and i don't even remember my account. Is that possible for you to cancel or delete my account, so for the next 180 days that i am not active, they will not charge me again.

I am a user of the Olymp Trade platform. My account number is #[protected]
Recently, my account was suddenly blocked even after I submitted all required verification documents, including a valid national ID and a live selfie. All the information I provided is accurate, and I was even ready to verify everything in a live video call.

Despite this, I received a generic response claiming the selfie belonged to "someone else, " which is completely false and unsubstantiated.

To make matters worse, they have frozen my account balance and refuse to release the funds, giving no clear explanation or evidence.

I’ve contacted their support multiple times, and they simply repeat that the decision is “final.” No investigation, no transparency, no justice.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have made a withdrawl request on May 05 at 14:26 for the amount of INR 4, 699.30 under my trader ID 44459926, but i haven't received it yet. The instructions says that this might take up to 5 working days but im not sure and afraid if its working properly. The reason is because of my experience with olymp trade as i have used it earlier 2 years back and i have used to received the fund within few minutes or just in few hours, but this time it took longer so i don't know what to do. Please help me with this.
