I trade using web version of this trading platform. And to automatically log in to platform without having to enter username and password, I clicked on button in browser to save my data.
But sometimes it happens that data is not saved and I have to re-enter my username and password.
I assume this is due to platform glitches. Perhaps developers made some mistake.
I hope that future platform updates will fix this problem and I will no longer have to enter my username and password. That is, I'll enter it once and I won't do it anymore.

If this is still relevant, then I want to write about what I found, what was my problem. As it turned out, every time I deleted browser history, the login and password information was deleted along with the search history. That explains a lot. Now I understand why that problem didn't have consistency. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Now, even if I delete search history, I don't delete login and password autofill data

It sounds like you've solved the mystery! Clearing browser history can indeed delete login and password information if those options are selected. It makes sense now why the issue was inconsistent.     Deals are made within 5 secs

    They are rock solid guys and I know it from those multiple reviews that I have encountered.
    Additionally, I know that they are regulated by the FinaCom which is quite a reputable supervisor in the financial world.
    Still, the matter of my inquiry is a bit different, it's not connected with the reputation of the broker or maybe its suspicious activity and stuff like this... fortunately, everything in this regard is okayish....

    The profitability is lower than I thought

    When I read feedback from traders about their FTT experience on this platform, they wrote that one of the most crucial advantages is profitability of trading in this mode.
    One of broker's clients wrote that profitability on his trading account sometimes reaches up to 93%.

    I was impressed and decided that such trading conditions are really beneficial.

    But after I opened trading account, I found that FTT...

    So I have some difficulties with trying to understand the features of the platform.
    So if I trade crypto, the options are completely different from other pairs like forex. So on crypto, I choose my own leverage like 7x or 10x while there is no feature like in forex. Also there are features of pending order in crypto and it has auto close like when price for example hits 10% profit. So I wanna know the difference between these features, mainly enable orders in forex and pending/auto close in bitcoin, and I wonder if I can choose my leverage in FX too...

    Thanks for explaining. Now I realized that Fixed Time trades are different from Forex in general, I didnt know that the first is only about the direction of the price. After I switched to forex and found my pair, I had all the options I need.

      A bit confusing really.

      The account setup of the broker is not really straightforward. I am struggling to understand if the account types are the currency bases available. Another thing I need clarified is how the spreads work... I do not see any spreads on y trades, so how does this thing work? Even with brokers that charge commissions, there are spreads, so this is really confusing. It is starting to seem as though the platform is a lot more complicated than I...

      I am writing here to sort things out about a certain platform's peculiarity. Well, fairly speaking, I like the olymp trade platform, it seems to be quite modern and technically equipped.
      It allows me to polish my trading skills and accomplish financial goals. However, the matter of my query is about certain lags on the platform or bugs, idk how to call them, which I faced recently.

      I wanted to open pending order on EUR/USD recently, it was a week ago or something. My analysis showed me that the price would soon breakout 1.066 level and I opened a short pending order at 1.067. Nevertheless, the order wasn't triggered at all! I hoped that the order would be open and I would take a good cut out of the position, but nothing happened and I wonder why. I am looking forward for explanation of this situation...

        I can’t figure out how to get Expert status. I am not sure if I need to activate it somehow or if it is a mistake. I read that you will get an expert status if you deposit more than 500 usdt, and I deposited $500 and when I started trading the next day I saw that my account had just advanced status.
        I mean it’s not a big problem, but I was a bit disappointed because I was expected to trade with a higher status and get higher rewards on FTT mode.

        After I wrote this comment I went to read once again the conditions and requirements for accounts statuses regarding the deposited amount of trading funds. Probably I should do it before I write the complaint :) I see that the requirement depends on the currency. It is different if you deposit USDT (which is a crypto tether, not us dollars 🙂) and the requirements for dollars are a bit higher. Thanks for the clarification, all is good now 👍

        The simplest way is to top up your account with the required amount:

        • Starter — default status, no deposit necessary
        • Advanced — you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account
        • Expert — you need to deposit at least $2000/€2000 or USDT 500 to your USDT account

        You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks.

          User ID 95058849 I am Datta Narayan Aherkar I deposited seven hundred rupees on 11th June at 12:05 PM and on the same date at 3:17 PM I deposited 700/- as I have filled the form here one deposit has been credited to my bank account but still my one deposit is pending. and in that regard I have not received any reply from Olymp Trade after filling in the help section only and only automatic replies are coming but the support agent c can't contact please deposit my remaining amount of seven hundred rupees in my account it's been more than ten days still my problem Not solved I emailed repeatedly but no reply just automatic replies and our support team is working on it Thanks

            I just started using Olymp Trade 2 months ago and this is the first time I’ll be withdrawing funds as I started with the demo account… The platform is great by the way and I really learnt a lot from using the demo account which I was able to apply in my live trades. It’s so simple and easy to use. I really like trading here. However, I really don’t know what might be the case, although I didn’t finish my verification process but that shouldn’t be an issue right, I’d appreciate it if I got some clarity soon.

              Before I started trading, I spent some time on Olymp Trade’s platform and studied the trading strategies that were shared here. The one that grabbed my attention was the Triple Rebound strategy. It is a simple one and seemed pretty easy to learn and follow. Only one indicator is needed - the RSI with different periods: 7, 14 and 21.
              Although it looks simple, I have trouble implementing it.
              I registered an account and decided to start trading on a real account. When I choose the indicator and apply it on my charts the RSI comes only in one period. All three RSI indicators that I activated are the same. And can’t find any other RSI indicator on the list with different periods.

              When you apply the RSI indicator on Olymp Trade, you can indeed set it to different periods. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure you have three RSIs with different periods (7, 14, and 21) on your chart:
              - Click on the 'Indicators' icon on your chart.
              - Select the RSI indicator from the list. By default, it might show up with a period of 14.
              - Click on the settings (usually a gear icon) for the RSI indicator you just added. Change the period to 7.
              - Repeat this step to add two more RSI indicators and set their periods to 14 and 21 respectively.

              If you're still seeing only one period for the RSI, make sure you are adding the indicator multiple times and adjusting each one separately. It’s also possible that there might be a limitation or a specific way to set this up on the platform, so don't hesitate to reach out to Olymp Trade’s support for more detailed guidance.

                I made a deposit of 700 INR on the 4th of June in Olymp Trade. After waiting for a few days, the deposit was still pending. Later, the Olymp Trade app showed that the transaction/deposit had failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I need a refund of my money.

                  To my mind, this trading platform is quite modern and functional and this is why I choose olymp trade broker.
                  I don't use the services it offers for a long time, I would say that I am just taking first steps in the trading and due to those comprehensive educational things it offers, my immersion has been rather smooth.

                  Nevertheless, I have certain questions which won't let me stay calm. Recently I was making my first withdrawal and it took about 24 hours to have my funds extracted from the account, while my friend told me that withdrawals are made for several hours. This situation really made me nervous, because I was afraid of not having my money withdrawn. In this regard... I wanna ask why it's not so fair? It's because I am a beginner or what? Discriminative.

                      I have watched some of their videos in the trading strategies section and I decided to try it out in practice. I chose the triple rebound strategy with the RSI indicator and everything was fine but why did my orders close automatically? I didn’t press any buttons though. I opened a long position in EUR/USD but a few times in a row my positions closed automatically. I tried to sort it out on my own but I can’t understand what’s wrong.

                      Here are a few things that I learned about trading and trading platform of this broker. First, it turns out that I just chose the wrong trading mode. This is my mistake as I was just being inattentive. I'm sorry for that. And the second thing. As it turned out, this trading platform has several trading modes. Therefore, now I will learn to trade in several trading modes at once. This is interesting to me.

                        Something strange with percentages going on

                        I am quite an experienced trader. But all my experience lies in the forex trading so the fixed time trading was a new thing.
                        So I wanted to try it out and I decided to give it a go.
                        But there is one issue occured. I don’t really understand how the profitability is shaped up.
                        For instance I don’t have 90% of profitability, but sometimes I see pictures of the same assets with the profitability higher than 90%.

                        I have been trading with this broker for two months now and this is my first withdrawal and I am not even going to lie I was scared… I made a bank transfer and I do not know why it is taking this long. It has been several hours and my worry and anxiety is to the roof. The support team said that everything is okay and it is probably a delay from my bank. But should I be worried? Because I am freaking out over here. Maybe I shouldn't have used the bank transfer option.

                        Yeah... apparently it is a normal thing for bank transactions to take longer due to the banking process. I tried using the crypto payments and they were completed like almost instantly, so I guess that next time I want to make a transaction, I know what I will be going for.

                          I read that with $399 one would get an expert status when he starts trading on this platform, and I was happy to see that I could enjoy the best trading terms without the need to go through the lengthy process o[censored]pgrading the account status since I was planning to start trading with a $1000 trading account.
                          I registered an account, deposited the amount and bang… I still had the starter account status.
                          Do I need to make an inquiry or something, or how this thing works to get the Expert status?

                          Thanks for the clarification. I guess I jumped to a conclusion without reading it thoroughly. So, as I understand, the expert status can be bought for an additional $399, and it is not related to the amount deposited in your trading account.

                          The simplest way is to top up your account with the required amount:

                          • Starter — default status, no deposit necessary

                          • Advanced — you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account

                          • Expert — you need to deposit at least $2000/€2000 or USDT 500 to your USDT account

                          You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks.

                            Fake Trader Manuplate Chart

                            You are correct olym trade is doing manuplation with charts, i observed and even lost miltiple trade at end moment and after that graph comes on actual position of trrade timeframe. i have notice this from so many days i lost so much money due to their fake chart showing. I recommend every one unstiall this olymprade application and dont depoist your funds in this platform....

                            I joined this company a few weeks ago and I had doubts about the reliability of Olymp Trade but it turned out that they are regulated by the Financial Services Commission and we are covered by deposit insurance and there is no need to worry about the safety of my funds.
                            However, I have trouble unlocking additional features to boost my trading. I think it is because of your lags or something like that or it seems am I doing something wrong?

                            Oh, sorry guys. I sorted out how to unlock additional trading features, the support team explained to me that if I want to unlock additional features, I can unlock that by making deposits and this is how I switched from starter account to advanced.
