[Resolved] One Assist — deactivate one assist services and refund asap

Hi.. I received sms from axis bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist services. I got a call saying from axis bank and this services and i clearly denied for that. Still you activated the plan and deducted money. Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my, as i'm in urgency. Or i will move legally on this matter. How can you activate the plan even the customer is said no?? How can you deduct money with out any intimation??
