Automatically started one assist services
I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card in 12july2018

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1399 . Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name...

I am a Hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 1899 from hdfc credit card number ending with 1982 without my permission on 19.6.18 . I am not interested about this service and l don't want this membership in any more service.So cancel the one assist membership fees and refund the debited amount Rs 1899.as soon as possible.

I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an email like this "A Transaction of Rs.1399 has been done on your Kotak Credit Card No.xx8973 at OneAssist Consumer Sol on 11-Jul-2018."

I received the mail it will deactivate and you will receive the full amount with in 5-7 days, but still I didn't receive the my amount.
