deactivate of one assist membership fees

I am a Hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 1899 from hdfc credit card number ending with 1982 without my permission on 19.6.18 . I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an email like this "A Transaction of Rs.1399 has been done on your Kotak Credit Card No.xx8973 at OneAssist Consumer Sol on 11-Jul-2018."
