One Assist Insurance Company — refusing my claim

My redmi note 4 comes under the insurance policy of one assist insurance company, one day i dropped my phone accidently so i applied for a claim and they tell me the procedure, that was really very hectic! So i denied because there was not any major issue, but after some. Months my phone dropped by me again and the screen got shattered, then the customer care representative told me that sir, you had already applied for a claim and had denied it further, and i agreed because at that time the damage was so small that even the file charge is higher than the damage costs so i denied for the claim, now the company denied to pass my claim as they want my phone to be in excellent condition. The company representative told me that you didnot submitted your previous damaged product report i. E, i was supposed to repair it and according to them if i dont do so i am not eligible for the claim very next time!
Wooow what a trick to make fool of the customer,
My insurance policy will expire in the end of this january so, plz look into the matter

On 27th of november, 2017 the representative of one assist tolde that My claim is rejected ! When I questioned her why my claim got rejected? She replied that I had mentioned that my phone got damaged on 16th of october, 2017 and I am applying for the claim on 25 th of November, 2017 so due to intimation of time, my claim got rejected! But i want to draw the kind attention o[censored]pper authorities of the whole scenario!

My phone was accidentally damaged by me on 16th of october, 2017 and I applied for my claim on very next day that is 17th of october, 2017 but with refrence to my post complain the representative assisting me at that time argied with me and refuses me to even file my claim by saying that I am not eligible! I lost hope! But on 24th of November, 2017 my friend suggested me to approach towards consumer complaints portal and I did the same ! Then after submition of complain I got automatically eligible for the claim but the very clever company found another way to reject my claim by giving the time reason! I want to inform you that I contacted One assist company's representative on the very next day of the incident (17th October, 2017) but the company's representative argued with me and refused to file my claim!
So in the whole scenario i did not found any fault from my side! On the every turn of the scenario the Comapny tried to make me fool by giving undisclosed excuses, whether it is of being eligible for the claim or the time issue,
I need strict action against the company!

Third class company! Always make fake excuses! Never co-operate with customers! Please take strict actions against them!

Your first claim was closed due to delay in intimation.

As per the terms and conditions, a customer must inform us within 48 hours of the damage incidence.

Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has closed your claim. (You damaged your device on 17/10/2017 but contacted us on[protected].)

We appreciate your patience in the interim.

Sir, I would like to request you kindly read my complete complain properly! I think you missed the updated section of the complaint which i updated after my claim got rejected (due to delay in intimation), i would like to clarify you that my phone got damaged either on 16 or 17th of October and the very next day that is either 17th or 18th of october, 2017 i applied for my claim and your company's representative argued with me and told me that i am not eligible for the claim (due to previous claim closed by myself as the file charge is more than that of the repairing cost ) and he even rejected to file my claim in your server that is why your server is not showing that application for claim because your representative didn't even take care of it! He ignored my claim and with a very harsh tone he rejected my claim, i got disappointed and then after some time my friend (Mr. Bhavik sachdeva) suggested me to go to consumer complaint portal so that I can draw your attention towards my issue and now the company is making an argue of delay in intimation!
Inwould like to ask one thing clearly, when I applied for my claim on the very next dat of the incident and your representative denied to file my claim is there any fault from my side? If not, then why should i suffer??!! I want my claim to be passed otherwise i would file a case in consumer court and will send a notice to your company!
