Firstly this company gives false promises Moreover the attitude towards the customer is like as if they are doing a favour ..very rude .. adamant..when want to talk to some one higher there is a blunt no from them.
My mobile got accidentally damaged and because it's costing them more to repair thy wanted to pay me an unreasonable amount which is definitely not sufficient to buy a new mobile ..
When I called back to explain them they are not willing to listen and they say the decision cannot be changed

They don't allow me to talk to National insurance company
How can they CHEAT us, assuming we might face few issues us why we buy insurance for these expensive products

These fraud company is taking full advantage and making money

I need the the FULL Money to buy a new mobile no matter what...
