One97 Communications — failed transactions but amount debited.. | |||
I (Amit sharma) had done two transactions of amount 1190.98 each on 09/11/2018 for irctc ticket booking through irctc app. The amount was debited twice but transactions rendered unsuccessful from my canara bank account number[protected]. The same transaction was successful in 3rd attempt. The txn ids for two unsuccessful transactions are: [protected] and[protected]. It has been 4th day today but i haven't not received my amount for two unsuccessful transactions.. Please refund my amount of total sum 2381.96 asap.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was booking a tatkal irctc ticket on 10 November but the ticket did not book and it showed an error and the amount of Rs 1180.48 was transferred to One97 Communications. Please do look into the matter and refund the amount being transacted. I have attached screenshits of bank statement herewith
