One97 Communications — Fraud transaction through Debit Card on Paytm | |
On 14.03.2021 I was making a payment of Rs 99000 Insurance policy SBI Life Insurance using SBI debit card (Master) through Paytm. But transaction was failed as per message displayed on screen but at the same time Rs 96450.04got deducted from my bank account. Even transaction history of Paytm shows failed transaction of Rs 99000. Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with 96450. Was this information helpful? | |

One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 18, 2021 Updated by Hema Satti Please find two attachments, one from Paytm notifying failure of payment of Rs 99900/- for SBI Life Insurance Policy and other one at the same time from SBI towards deduction of Rs 96450/- from debit card (which was not intended to).When payment was attempted for Rs 99900/- for Insurance policy which was declined but how come at the same time part amount equivalent to card limit got deducted and credited to some bogus identity which was not at all intended. I CAN NOT AFORD TO WAIT...MONEY IS NEEDED URGENTLY Please process reversal immediately   | |
