One97 Communications — Payment to Mobile service Provider | |
Sir, I made a bill payment of Rupees 395 to a vodafone post paid. On 18th April 2020 through Paytm net banking, but the amount is deducted from bank and the payment is not completed, also not received any unsuccessful message or any notification on history, and the amount show still deducted on my account. But the statement of bank A/C says debited to one97 Communication on 18.05.2020.My Vodafone service is terminated due to non payment recieved. The bank statement says Transfer to[protected]IGAIMHJUP5 on 18th april 2020 to INB One97Communication Ltd. Please refund the amount. I have attached the bank statement below.
