I tried to book a train ticket from hwh to ndls on 23th march 2020 in irctc website through payment gateway paytm (According to passbook: one97 communications l) but transaction failed (Ticket not booked) but money was debited from sbi bank account, but still not refunded. Please look into this matter immediately.
