I have booked a train ticket from degana to chengalpattu on 10th march 2019in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money debited from canara bank account, but still not refunded. Rs.2, 798.20 was spent on your sbi card ending 4745 at one97 communications l on 10/03/19. Available credit limit: rs.37, 847.80. Pls do the needful.
