One97 Communications — unauthorized charges deducted from my account | |||
Sir, I have saving bank account with union bank of india, jaipur. I have recently cheque my passbook through mobile app. I have seen there is rs. 280/- deducted on 29.06.2019 vide "pos:one97 communica/noida/[protected]". My mobile nos. Is [protected]. I booked railway tatkal ticket on 5th July 2019, through railway app. I received message that my 455.49 amount deducted from my account but that not paid into the railway account. I didn't got railway ticketing in this transaction.
Please refund my money.

Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on July 5th at 11 a. M. but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 455.49) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting forto see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..
"ALERT:You've spent Rs.455.49 via Debit Card xx5681 at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LIDEL on 2019-07-05:11:04:05.Avl Bal Rs...Not you?Call 18002586161. done by you,
forward this sms from mobile number registered with HDFC to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"
