[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — auto renew for an account which i requested for cancellation last year

One assist has stolen my money even when we requested for cancellation for not to offer worthless insurance and has deducted prior to date mentioned and not returning the money back to us.

One assis in not consumer solutionss but consumer thief, please change the company name accordingly.

Please suggest on way to approach, ethier police complaint is also fine with me.
