Hi,
I am a regular icici customer. Last year i accidently activated one assist plan and the amount got deducted from my bank account.
This year without prior intimation, they are renewing my plan. When i am calling customer care, they give me various reasons just that the pan cant be deactivated.
If this year also my money deducts, i am no longer be a customer of icici bank.
Stop my one assist plan asap.
