[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Broken handset

I gave my handset in perfect condition (Pic attached) to oneAssist cos my screen was getting blurred and there were no physical damage. They broke my handset and try to deliver it to me. when I refused they took it back and then kept it for 2 months. after 2 months they tried to deliver it again but I refused again because the phone was still on broken condition (broken from Oneassist Side). then they sent it via courier in my office when I was not there. I already sent an email to Oneassist the day they tried to deliver it to me in Jan 2017 that my handset is broken and was not in condition in which it was when I gave to OneAssist. I expect they should repair my handset or provide a new one. Its more than 4 months I had to spend 10k again to buy a new phone.
