Dear Sir,
My son Ankit Choudhary (Mob. [protected]) who is registered with you, purchased mobile which was insured by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd, it's photo and video's are attached herewith.
The battery of this mobile swallowed and the whole set got tinted and its screen got crackages.
we lodge our grievances with the company with due procedures but we were shocked that the set was returned back without repaired.
I am again lodging my grievance here to re-consider the case and get it repaired or to returned ensured costs of mobile back.
We also make on toll free number but they told that they were in doubt that the screen was cracked by any accident.
The relations between a consumer and a company (here, OneAssist) fiduciary one.
You are requested to please reply me with a concrete solution.

I have took the insurance of one assist when i have purchased my mobile F1S Oppo phone. They have assured me that whenever i will face any sort of problem (Like screen damage in accident, Mobile gone in water or anyt sort of other problem) during the insurance period they will not charge me single rupees and they will fix the problem through service center.

Now i am waiting for my mobile from last 25 days and they haven't given me my mobile yet.

I humbly request you to not to take mobile insurance from https://www.oneassist.in/ as they reject your claim without understanding your mobile lost description.

While taking insurance policy they will call you 100 times and will show they really care for you. But if you lost your handset and you want to file a claim they will never call you and as per your capacity if you fill the all necessary documents they will reject your claim as unexplainable reason.
One assist is fraud organization.

Please don't take any policy.

After repeated calls for card protection plan, I had categorically instructed not to call me over and again. But to my dismay, they have deducted a fee of 1799 from my HDFC credit card on 15-12-16.
After receiving the papers I had called the customer care team which assured me of cancellation. But no action till date.
Request to take note of it and do the needful.

Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your notice a fraud that has been commited against me. I got a call from One assist for giving me information about their account protection service. They never asked me if I even wanted the service and still an amount of Rs 1799 was deducted from my ICICI bank account. I have wrote 5-6 mails and have also called the customer care of both ICICI and One assist. The Bank assured me that the service will be discontinued and my money will be completely refunded. But then I got a call from One assist today and the executive told me they can't refund me the whole amount and they kept forcing me to accept the plan, when I strongly denied they started haggling on the refund amount from 600 to 900. But how can I allow them to 'discount' me when I never even opted for their service in the first place. They are just trying to screw me out of my money, that's why I want you to intervene and do something about this. They have caused me a lot of inconvenience. I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. My credit card ending 5422 has been subscribed for one assist and rs.1299 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just wanted to cancel my wallet assist subscription and refund amount to my account as i don’t require any protection on my cards. So it’s no use for me to pay rs.1299 every year. I have called much time to deactivate plan but not proceed yet. Requested to remove this service and return my money as soon as possible.

My phone MI Max Prime was under insurance of OneAssist against physical and liquid damage. Its touch screen broke accidentally for which I claimed for repair under insurance. Other than broken screen phone was working normally. I was able to use its power and volume keys. They kept it for more than 20 days. Now they have rejected the claim saying no proper care was taken to safeguard the handset. Today I recieved the unrepaired phone. On opening the parcel I found the phone more broken. Its power key and volume keys are damaged and phone is slightly opened from that side. It was not before when I gave for screen repair. Looks like it was opened or tried to open.
1. Now if proper care was taken it should not have been broken in first place. What kind of coverage they provide if its not accidental damage? Accidents happen because of lack of caring.
2. Why they kept the handset so long if they had rejected the claim?
3. If the claim was rejected why it looks like it was opened or tried to open which caused the additional damage that was not before? How can I be sure the original parts have not been replaced?
4. What circumstances are there when a phone can broke even after proper care? If there is such example then any incident can be stated as lack of care. Its just contraversial.
This company is fraud and should be brought to justice. They are just making money on the name of insurance premium but not repairing them. No one else should suffer from this company's fraud.

My phone was theft on 3/01/2014 and i reported that to oneassist for claim.
Since my phone was only 10 days old since the date of purchasing so according to insurance upto 6 months of handset will be depreciate by 20%. So the current market value of my phone is rs-13999/ and after depreciation of 20% the amount i should receive rs-11, 199/of the claim.

But oneassist is charging another 20 % from the approved amount by rs-2800/ and giving me final amount of rs-8399/

I asked from the company's officials to provide me policy number of insurance where the insurer is "national insurance company" and they are denying to giving me policy number.

I have doubt that one assist is cheating me by charging rs-2800/ without any reason.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card without my authorization on 18/04/2017.

Please deactivate the plan and refund the same as soon as possible.

I have called your customer service twice to cancel the plan but to no avail.

I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1799 .This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

This is Vishal Singh and i got a hdfc credit card which is ending with 3112 and suddenly i got a charge of rs 1299 and when i checked about that on my online account then i came to know about this one assist and before that i never got any call from them nothing. So i think this a fraudulent charge to one assist. I dont want this service of one assist and they have got no authorisation to charge my account without my permission.

I received sms from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatic activated this plan and deducted rs-1303/- from my credit card. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money.

Today I received my Phone after repaired but Mike is still not replaced while I wrote in claim request.

You replaced my touch screen while
I did not write about it, my touch screen was ok, I make demand only for my mobile body and mike that I wrote My voice is not going to other side due to liquid damages.

You had to get replaced my mobile mike and body only.

I called several times to ask what you have been repairing in my phone but none of the person replied about it and you did got wrong repaired.

What You did in my phone.

Who is responsible for that big mistake.

If you were not able to deem the claim request than you could bother to ask me but instead of that I was taking so many followup.

I don't want to give my phone again, it came me more than 20 days.

I have lots of work to do with my mobile.

Do the needful replacement at my home or fix a appointment visit of me at Lenovo service station with cashless approval from Insurance.

I lost my trust on one assist, I will highlighted at social media and go further.

I have submitted my mobile to one assist for screen damage. However hand set was in fully working condition. It has been more than one month and I havent got anything.

They are giving my handset value back after 40% depreciation and not repairing my handset. So I would like to tell you guys that do not trust on this company.

They are delaying process knowingly and then force you to sell your mobile on lower rate.

We have Senior Citizen Savings Scheme with ICICI BANK, Setor 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. The details are given below & 15H was submitted along with the papers for SCSS, but TDS was deducted & balance amount of interest was deposited in our accounts in April 3, 2017.
A complaint was made through your ICICI Bank official & directly to customer care as advised on 12th April & 17th April, 2017. However no reply was given regarding refund which was WRONGLY deducted by your Bank.
Kindly advice to refund TDS deducted to our A/C at the earliest & inform.

With reference to my service request no 1813091 I had submitted a claim for my damaged handset to One Assist on 5th March 17 for repair and after taking approval from insurance company they got my handset repaired and delivered to me on 29th March 17. After a week o[censored]sage we were experiencing some slowness and handset was getting hanged and then suddenly on 10th April the handset powered off and was not charging at all. Initially, we thought it was because of battery drainage but after keeping in charge for long hours also the handset was not powering on. Since it was still under warranty we approached one of the authorized service centres B2X Lenovo Flagship (Lenovo and Motorola Mobiles Service Centre) in Jayanagar. To our surprise, the service centre commented that the handset has been repaired with non-genuine Display screen and PCB is cracked some third party has done a quick fix. They sent a mail to us with the pictures of the handset. So I had put in a formal complaint to One assist on 11th April 2017 asking for explanation and post that followed up with recurring mails on 13th April and 15th April but till date there is no response from them. As per the process they are supposed to revert within 48 hours of making a complaint. I even called the One Assist customer care on 15th April and spoke to Atul, Vaishnavi and finally the supervisor Jaffer/Zaffer Jaffer told that he has to investigate as to why the one assist team is not responding on this but the call was disconnected. I thought that I will get some reply today but today also I am yet to receive any reply from them.

I am associated with One assist for two years now but this is the first time I am seeing this kind of fraud done by them where they have engaged some third party to repair my handset who has used false parts instead of Moto authorised parts and has further damaged the handset. I need my handset to be replaced and they are not responding now. Please help and let me know what do I need to do now. I have the supporting documents to prove that they have cheated me and hence is not responding now also.
