I raised a claim to oneassist for my handset on 28th march 2018,
On 05/04/2018, i received a call from your customer relationship officer regarding my handset replacement where he told me that i will get link within three days over mail or phone through which i have to pay 10 % of rs.50800 inr for my handset replacement and also requested me to pay as soon as possible.
After wait period of three days i tried to contact customer care for updates but due to no respond, i sent an email for updates regarding my handset replacement (Screenshot attached), after that i got a call from settlement desk where they lied that they have sent me mail on 07/04/2018, regarding ber calculation but as i haven't received any mail as they said then i requested them to forward me the same mail.
But on 14 april they forwarded me fake or edited mail regarding some ber calculation for dated 7th april 2018, in which mail address was incorrect.

Now they are providing replacement or repairing of my handset.

Moreover they have sent/shared my personal information with someone without my consent.
Which is totally illegal as per cyber laws.
