In response to the cited subject i would like to inform you that a laptop protection plan for[protected] was purchased by me from izenica, guwahati vide inv. No. Till[protected] dated 25/02/2018 along with a macbook pro 13" 2017 for unit price rs. 6999.00/- (Laptop protection plan only).

And i requested for cancellation of the aforesaid plan to oneassist on 19/04/2018 vide request no 3097939 and at the same time i was requested to wait for 48hrs for communication by oneassist team. But after waiting for 48hrs i did not received any communication on behalf of oneassist team and i tried repeatedly requesting the customer care of oneassist in all possible ways to escalate my process but every time i was give same statement to wait for next 48hrs or call from oneassist team.

And finding no way after waiting till date i decided to file a complain against both companies (Oneassist and izenica) at consumer forum vide complain no. 701831.

And it is to mention herewith that izenica also attracted in this matter because i was offered this protection plan by one of your attendants at your showroom during purchase of my macbook pro.

This is for favour of your kind information for doing the necessary action please.

    I receive phone calls from oneassist regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.

    So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
    I am totally disappointed with this one assist. Im am contacting bank from last 4 months for my refund but i can't recieve any response from both axis bank & oneassist service. Now im planning to go consumer court.

      Amount of 1899.00 was deducted from my credit card without any intimation or my approval last month. (Feb-march 2018)

      Due to the same i asked for a full refund of
      The amount.

      In the credit card statement of this month, i have received only 949.50 credited to my account. (March-april 2018)
      I want the other 949.50 to be credited back to my account as well.

        Hi,

        My mom has received a call from one assist, and without clear intimation on the product, her approval has been taken and money has been debited. She does not want any subscription and wants the money to be refund.

        This is the second year an amount of 1899 has been deducted, we already spoke to one assist customer care when this happened last year and no action as taken.

        Please remove the subscription and she does not want any protection plan.

        I have got SMS from HDFC credit thank you for choosing one assist plan .
        Why u r activate this type of plan without customers permission. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

          Please deactivate the oneassist plan "enhanced wa power single plan" with membership id: [protected] associated with my hdfc credit card, and refund the money asap. This plan was activated without my knowledge and permission, so requesting you to deactivate the plan and refund the deducted amount inr 1399 as soon as possible.

            Hdfc promoted tge one assist be taken last year. I had specified it shall not be auto renewed. But to my surprise received mail that it will be automatically renewed. When i contacted hdfc they simply say that they have nothing to do. Oneassist customer care is pathetic and they never respond. I had the tailing content mail to one assist but no acknowledgement or confirmation of the plan being terminated. I will be forced to take a hard step in the event money being charged yo my account.

            Dear sir,

            My membership id [protected] is getting expired on 02 may 2018 and i do not require further renewal.

            I had contacted the customer care and invariably when it is getting transferred to cancellation department it gets disconnected for reason not known.

            Kindly cancel.

                Hello there

                I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                  I have requested the firm to cancellation of membership vide mail dated: 16.04.2018 and mail confirmation has been received from them that "your request for plan cancellation is under process." and also two-three times, they have spoken with me regarding the same. After that also, it is observed that the payment has been deducted.

                      When i availed my hdfc credit card i noticed a unauthorized charge of rs1299. On enquiry i was informed that it was the charges from one assist. I informed that i didn't ask for their services, but was told it was a package with the credit card. This year i noticed similar charge of rs1399 for renewal of one assist. I had already informed over phone and by email not to renew their service however they have charged my credit card account. Following is the email content:
                      This bears reference to your email dated 2/4/2018 regarding the renewal of one assist membership of relationship no.: 1934201 plan : power individual, valid up to : 17/04/2018.
                      I am no longer interested in renewing the said membership and you are instructed not to deduct the amount of rs. 1299/- from my credit card account, failing which you shall be liable for all the costs and consequences arising in appropriate court of law.
                      I request the unauthorised charges be refunded into my account

                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.1399/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission. So i called to the hdfc customer care and representative stated like the money deducted on behalf of one assist for my credit card protection plan. The plan was activated without my permission or confirmation, so i called to one assist customer care, your executive said like he will cancel the plan and even i got mail from your cancellation department like cancellation was accepted. This was happened on march 28 2018. But on april 4th i have checked my hdfc net banking and was shocked after i came to know that the plan was not cancelled so i called your customer care again and your representative told like plan was converted into emi, i didn't ask anyone to convert the plan for emi. So again i requested for cancellation and they accepted in word of mouth. After some days i have checked my credit card through net banking and i came to know that one assist offer discount of rs.400 and same as earlier i didn't asked any discount to them. So again i called and representative told like i need to pay the money even if i want to cancel the plan. Representative behaviour was changed and her voice modulation was very rude and she told like, i have agreed to continue the plan, but i didn't told like that to anyone, even i having all the audio recording of my confirmation which i had with the one assist customer care representative. Are they people are playing? Till date the plan was in activated state and representatives are forcing me to take up the plan. This is not the good sign for the company and almost 20 days over. Please cancel my membership and refund my money back.

                          There is no option to deactivate or cancel my one assist plan in the official website of one assist consumer solutions private limited i. E www.oneassist.in
                          Please help me in deactivating or cancelling my one assist plan.
                          I need to cancel it soon because in august month every year, this plan gets automatically renewed by taking out the annual charge which was rs. 1, 899/- for me last time on 22 august 2017.
                          I know, even if i cancel now, i won't be refunded but still then i don't want to be charged again this year again in august month. I really don't need such service which unfortunately got activated without my knowledge.

                          Anyways, please help me out in deactivating this one assist plan.

                            I already raised my complaint from last 15 days back regarding the Unnecessary debit for rs.1899/- for one assist service they called me and asked me for my bank details to refund my money in just 4 days then i gave my canceled cheque on mail provided by them but now its been 15 days long and no money credited in my account by Oneassist. I mailed again and again on their said mail ID [protected]@oneassist.in but they gave no response now i am fed up from this. please help me resolve this issue ASAP.

                              For past 3 years I am informing them not to renew my plan.still they do and promise me that next time it won't happen. Today(18/4/18) I got a message that Rs1299 is debited from my HDFC credit card. I already sent a mail regarding not to renewal on 27/2/18 (check attachment) but no use. They debited amount without my approval.

                              Today I call customer care and explained everything, they informed me that call will be transferred to cancellation department and asked me to wait till that. I was waiting in the call for more than 10 minutes and still no answer.

                              Again I called, this time they inform that will connect to escalation department and I was again waiting for around 5 minutes and no reply.

                              what should I do now to retrieve my debited amount?

                                I received sms from ICICI Bank that Rs.1399/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission.
                                OneAssit plan got renewed without any information. The amount got deducted without my confirmation.
                                I called to your customer care, your executive said money may not be refunded. So, that's why I am complaining
                                I am cancelling my membership in the free look-in period, I am eligible for full refund.
                                Please cancel my membership and refund my money back.

                                  I received a call from icici bank (One assist) in the year 2017 and has just given information about one assist plan after than they activated this plan without my oral or written consent, and on 4.3.2017 i come to know that rs. 1799/- deducted from my icici saving bank account. This year they automatically renewed plan and rs. 1899 deducted from my icici bank account. I don;t need this plan and actually i have not used any services till today.
                                  Above complaint lodged by me through email id and i received phone from customer and informed me that we will not deactivate your account, it will be continued till march, 2019 and we will not give in writing that your plan is deactivated." i don;t want to use this plan so what is the problem to deactivate the plan and to inform accordingly in writing.
                                  Two times my above amount was deducted without concent and now after my request not deactivate my plan. So again company wants to deduct my amount in march 2019 without prior permission?
                                  Kindly deactivate this plan with immediate effect and inform me in writing at the earliest.

                                  With reference to above letter of Team One assist I am to inform you that till today my plan was not cancelled by the One Assist and I have not even got refund from ICICI Bank. Yesterday I received mail from one assist that "your membership will be renewed for another year on 4/3/2019 and your Credit Card mp. will be charged for an amount of Rs. 1899." In this regard I mailed to one assist on 19/2/2019 and requested to don't renew repeat don't renew my plan and deactivate with immediate effect.
                                  There is no truth on above message and is totally fake. For one year they didn't process for cancellation of my plan and bank has not given refund Rs. 1799/-and Rs. 1899 deducted from my ICICI Saving bank account.

                                    I have bought iPhone 6s and put insurance. But insurance was delayed by Currents at Phoenix mall in Chennai. Now I have insurance till May, 2018. My phone got broken and it crosses one year from purchase date. One assist team is not accepting my insurance though it an issue from Currents who delayed insurance. They didn’t tell us terms and conditions when they put insurance. Now both r cheating us.

                                      some of your representatives are forcing me to change my plan and they are trying to give me some discount instead of refunding my full amount... kindly look into that matter... m totally irritated with your this type of service...i dont know what to do and what not to
