I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debiit card to one assist plan on 11/04/18. Without my permission. I complaint once on 12th april 2018 on consumer complaint but you didn't give any response yet. I don't want any protection plan so please cancel it as soon as possible.

I already complaint through mail or phone call but didn't get any solution till now.

Please deactivate and refund...

One assist keeps on disturbing me even after i denied insurance from them for one of my handsets. I have requested them many times not to call but there is no action taken. They insist on taking their service forcefully, calls at odd hours of the day. This is pure form of harassment. They also insist on insuring other mobile handsets under their service. Keeps on calling for all kinds of offer kindly look into the matter....

scam company

I got a car loan from hdfc bank and i think they have a tie up with this company. They sent me a credit card that already had charged for oneassist of rs.2500. Now when i came to know about this i called their toll free no. Which was not reachable and then another one. This time tgey picked it up but told cancellation can't be done by them and transferred it to another department which never picked up the phone. And now i am stuck with these...

renewed one assist policy/facility without any intimation

Rs.2999/ debited from my CR. Card (28. Mar.18) without any intimation/phone call. Came to know today after receiving the Credit card bill, connected more than 6 times today to discontinue the RENEWAL & reward back the money but call could'nt mature at the time of transferring the call to the concerned technical team...
How could be possible? Customer care person promised to arrange a phone call from their concerned technical team..waiting...

I bought the protection plan from the oneassit and the time of buying the plan the technical staff told me that my phone cover the whole protection like (Falling in the liquid, any type of damages happening) and some days ago my mobile phone screen got damaged and when i called him they told me that no such type of protection are given to me. automatically debit of 1399 without prior information from credit card

The one assit company without informing they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card and activating as some plan they are not asked me before deduction and also i got to know this company name when i got the debit message so immediately i raised complaint and requested for cancel this plan and however i am not at all interested in the plan. I want the amount to be refunded back to my card immediately....
